I ordered triple burger combo... my fries were soft and spongie. They also gave me a triple with bacon because it was under the light too long or it taste like. The window girl handed me my coke without a straw having me wait 5 minutes for my bag to get a straw.Worst service I've ever witnessed... I'm doing burger King for now on.

folks believe the reviews this place not worth it ?the dining room chairs / cushion was unwelcoming, and everything looked beyond used in abused!!! The customer service awful and all night staff on 12/26/2023 are pure lazy. Our request for fresh & Hot wasn't meant after they advised that everything would be fresh and well done. We waited 15 minutes for two meals. Upon unwrapping my cheeseburger, everything from bread to cheese was cold, veggies changing color, disgusted to find that the beef was raw it had pungent smell The quality of beef was inedible. fries coldtasted awful .. waste of money and time ..shameParking: Don't bother comingKid-friendliness: Don't bother bring them

We stopped at this Wendy’s on our way to the Nola airport for breakfast, expecting a “quick bite.” When we pulled up to the speaker, the menu had not been updated to show breakfast options. We then had to wait for someone to come out and correct the issue. There were four of us in the vehicle. We each ordered a #4, the honey butter chicken biscuit, with fries and a bottled water, plus one side of French toast sticks for everyone to share. We spent nearly $30. Once we paid at the window, they asked us to pull forward. We waited 15 minutes for our food. Upon unwrapping my biscuit, I was disgusted to find that it had pungent smell of urine. It tasted awful, and the chicken had a somehow gummy, yet soggy texture. My husband stopped eating his biscuit upon discovering that his chicken was RAW. Not a single one of us could finish our food. I’d like to reiterate that we spent almost $30 on food that was unsafe to eat. To top it off, the French toast sticks just sucked, so those got wasted as well. Needless to say, we will be traveling hungry, as we don’t want to risk missing our flight to find an alternative meal.
