While this restaurant was good, it has been PERMANENTLY CLOSED. I tried submitting a suggested edit with photos and Google said it couldn't be verified. This restaurant is closed.

The restaurant cannot do what a pain customer asked them and your company in the drivers are employed through your company can't do what a paying customers asked

I ordered the Greek gyro meal. Which came with small frie and drink. It was very good. Servers were very friendly and polite. Next time I'm in Hattiesburg, I'll visit again.

Ok experience at the Arby's on hwy 49. I got an order of chicken tenders that were so over cooked, that they were inedible. Usually they are ok but this day, the crew must have been different and don't cared. The rest of my items were wrong and not only cold but seemed a bit older than I'd like.

Pulled up to go into the restaurant and eat. As soon as I walked up to the door a lady ran to the door and locked the door as soon as I reached for the handle. Mind you it was 12:30 pm. She yelled at me through the door and told me I would have to go through the drive thru.

Website says dine in and drive through. I get there and all the employees are standing around inside with the doors locked. I can eat elsewhere.

Was told their shake machine was on back order when trying to get their new orange cream shake. No sign to indicate such. They had the shake still front and center on the menu.

Fast and friendly service!! The young man at the drive through window was very polite and had the biggest smile. He deserves a raise!!

This is what you get when you upsize to a medium. Not only did they short me fries but they were also cold of course. It's only a matter of time until this already abandoned looking Arbys is out of business.

Driver should 110% get a 5 star. Arbys gets zero stars. That's why I put a 4 star. Order was wrong. Ordered a French dip, mozzarella sticks, and fries with a Coke Zero, I got a double beef and cheddar, no mozzarella sticks, and a Diet Coke. Again, driver was fantastic, Arbys messed up big time.

It really wasn't the restaurant they had left out a crinkle-cut fry in a gyro but the driver that delivered it did not put it in a chair she put it on the ground where it had been raining and there was ants on the ground and she did not knock and so therefore when I started looking out for my food order when I seen it it was already answering a bag because she could not put it in the chair that was less than two inches from my door

Took 27 minutes to get my drive through order. It was ridiculous! Two members of management were sitting in the office and only 3 people on the line. 1 cook, 1 window, 1 counter. Paperwork and deposits, if that's what they were doing, could have been done another time, not during lunch rush! I finally parked my car and went inside and still had to wait another 10 minutes.
