Me and my wife were on an evening stroll down the Long Leaf Trace when suddenly she went into labor. Colludium was the closest building, as my phone was dead, I needed to call an ambulance. Before I could dial emergencies, Marcus had already delivered my firstborn. Inevitably, we named him Collin, short for Colludium... the greatest brewery East of the Mississippi.

Admittedly, I am a non-drinker. I rarely eat meat or bread. In a large group of friends, I expected to land in the lower end of enjoyment and to compromise on my preferred "diet." However! By the level of friendliness and commitment to satisfaction offered by staff, I was already having a good time. Good became GREAT when I got into my order of buffalo CAULIFLOWER BITES!! *chefs kiss* Idk what they do to that sauce, but it provided the perfect level of spice (for my taste) AND the bites are served on a bed of greens! Best salad of my life. 10/10. 5/5. All the stars. All the vibes! I was so excited I forgot to take pics. Sorry!!

Veteran owned. The staff is amazing and the prices are quite fair. The bear is varied and good. Try the Hefeweisen.The axe lanes and axes are well maintained.Paking may be a little weird buy parking behind the building or the other side of Longleaf Trace should do the trick. An excellent place dor parties or relaxing after shift or on a night off. Karaoke is available.
The best time and Brandon is the best, went above and beyond to make sure we were properly coached for our form and technique in axe throwing! We will definitely be back!

I absolutely adore Colludium. It's a great way to try craft beers made right here in Mississippi, and it's definitely a fun place to take out-of-towners for a visit. When I lived in Hattiesburg, I went here almost every Wednesday for a great trivia night, and I brought my friends from Austin and Los Angeles to visit-- it was a highlight of their trip. I am a huge supporter of Colludium. So happy to see an awesome business like this succeed in HBurg!
