As far as taste.. it’s fast food, it taste like a normal fast food burger but tonight specifically, the service was better than most local restaurants. Thank you to all the workers for being so kind and friendly!

30+ min for a whopper, onion rings, and dr. Pepper. Had I not already paid I would’ve just drove off. Heard one of the employees complaining that a customer in the lobby walked out.The time before this (approx. a month ago.), my burger was literally just thrown into the bag and the wrapper was laying on top of it.

All of the workers have nasty attitudes and stank faces. Nobody that works here belongs in customer service. I've been several times hoping that at least one person can have a half-decent interaction, but it never happens. You can be as sweet as possible to them and have the simplest order in the world and they act like you killed their dog and ordered ten whoppers. Worst part? They're all middle-aged. Hire college students that aren't so bitter and entitled.

Horrible. They made us wait for 30 minutes just for us have to go in to eat our food even though we ordered from the drive thru. Get going down the road and they didn’t even give us the right stuff.

How does this place stay in business? They serve maybe 3 cars per hour at the drive thru. Lol it's a burger joint and they are slower than most sit down restaurants.

Ordered 3 meals only to get home and notice I was missing a burger. Contacted customer service and was offered a coupon for less that the burger. Then was told the store could deny the refund if they wish.

They cannot get you order right and expect you to be happy and accept what they give you instead of what you ordered. This has happened on multiple occasions, and they will argue with you saying you didn't order your food a certain way even though that is what is on your receipt. Horrible customer service.

First, we had ordered but half way through our order the women got it mixed up and they had to switch them up when we pulled up to the window we sat there for about 20-35 min They brought out food and it wasn't ours so we waited longer finally got out food we got one kids meal first then minute by minute we got out food had to pull up to the front and wait on the mozzarella sticks. But overall I rate this 1/5 because there was just bad service

I absolutely love the croissants here but NEVER can I get both the sandwich and hashrounds hot, one has to be ice cold, today I specifically requested that both be hot, I had to wait on hashrounds to cook, COLD CROISSANTS UGGHHKid-friendliness: Kids meal

It has been years since I went into a Burger King but my father in law wanted it. I did not eat but I just wanted to say that this was the nicest staff we have dealt with in a fast food setting in a long time. They where sweet and patient bc I let my kids order for them self.
