24 minutes in the drive thru totally unacceptable & order still incorrect ?

We ordered on mobile app ahead. Set a scheduled time for pick up 15 minutes out do to traffic. We arrived and walked up to window because we planned to eat at the tables outside. We stood for a while with no one opening the window. Finally after about 7 minutes the young lady opened the window and asked if we were picking up and we advised we were. The guy inside chimed in and advised it “gonna be a while” and we asked why because we ordered in advance and he began getting upset and was slamming things around as he was preparing food. They served a couple drive through customers start to finish and finally gave us food at the mark of over 30 minutes of waiting. The fries were no longer even warm. I went back up and asked for hot fries. The young lady was visibly irritated with the request. She didn’t even fill up the extra large fries to 2/3 full. My wife advised me the burgers were cold except for the one we watched them make last. The others set wrapped the entire time we waited. I asked that they make it right and asked for management contact and she advised she was new and didnt know. I asked her to check with the guy and he came out and started arguing through the window. When she opened the window he kept saying have a nice day and was ignoring my request. I asked for management contact he advised and all be knew was he worked for checkers. I asked for his name and he advised he was not telling me. This was around 12:30 cst on april 7, 2024. I would like to be contacted. Checkers/Rallys is my favorite fast food place. This location is terrible. We watched other walk up customer leave after 10 minutes from not be served. They only had two total drive through customers at that time.

Your staff at night is amazing. I go here after my shift ends around midnight, and even though they are always getting their tails whooped by DoorDash and drive through, they remain cool and sweet. The guys and girls here always slow down and speak to you kindly. They go through a lot! I hope they are compensated fairly for the stuff they go through.
Worst checkers I’ve ever been to on planet Earth. I don’t know if they’re understaffed or what, but the line always takes ridiculously long. Not only that, I will see them closed during hours where they are definitely supposed to be open. I went to checkers the other day at 12am and tried to order 10pc wings. They said it will be a 15 minute wait, I said okay, that’s fine, and to make them all flats, to which the person said they couldn’t do it. I’m like why? It’s 12am, yall close at 3am. I can’t receive a 10pc all flats? The manager, Alex, said it’s because he simply didn’t want to. Terrible management, terrible customer service. If I could rate 0 stars I would. 0s all across the board.

The night shift here are clearly understaffed and untrained, I had to wait and be late for multiple door dash deliveries due to the wait time.. and the windows seriously needs to be fixed it slams and seems like it’s on the verge of
Disrespectful. I asked when they would have funnel cake fries and THE MANAGER said “When the truck comes.” I proceed to ask when the truck would come then he said ““When the truck comes!” with an attitude. I go to the window to look at the man face he stood for a minute looking at me then finally came to the window. I then ask him if that was him being rude over the intercom. He says “I didn’t have an attitude with you.” I told him how it came off on my end and he proceed to stare at me and i told him i would leave a review and he said “ok, have a good one.” and slammed the window shut. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. Poor service. Poor and RUDE management. Cooperate will be called.

Did the walk up window and waited damn near 15 minutes for any service, once the employee struggled to open the window and looked at us like we were there for "other reasons" than to order food, he reacted in disappointment and slammed the window shut. Then a couple of minutes later returned to the window saying "what do y'all want?"...Wow!! Ummm food, what did you think we were there for genuis!? Anyway, this place was hot garbage, just like the rest of this town.
