This location is super fast for being as busy as it is in this highly populated area. The double line is always wrapped around the building, but they still manage to move quick! I've never had a bad experience at the Hattiesburg location. The food is always good and the people working there are borderline overly friendly!
One thing that I really don't like about Yelp is the fact that the majority of people who leave reviews are those who had a bad experience. This Chick Fil A deserves a much higher star rating. The food is always good, fresh, and hot. You can always expect a wonderful variety of flavor in each different option. The staff is very polite and quick to serve even though they are busy. You know when you review a fast food place you get suggestions asking "what'd you eat?" "Did you dine in, take out, or get delivery" I did none of these, I work here and I genuinely like it. The staff are very nice.
