I requested 4 Cinnabons instead of a small cake. Jim went into the mall a few minutes after 10 this morning to get a box of 4. They had a price for a box of 4 listed as $19.95… he asked for that. The young lady behind the counter said I don’t have a 4 pack I have 6, 9 or 12… he said do you have the boxes… yes we do…. Ok then please put me 4 in a box! I will but I’m going to have to charge you $24 instead of $19!! He said why… because I’m selling you individual ones! This lack of common sense and total lack of communication skills blew his mind! He said you’re going to lose a sale rather than make me a box? Yep!Not going back there!!

I use to come to this location, frequently, a couple of years ago. The tools were great and the employees were so friendly. It made for an awesome experience! Came back to visit for a week. Stopped by a few days ago about 40 minutes before the store was suppose to be closed. The employees were sitting on the counter. I asked if they were still open and they said, “Nope, sold out”. I wanted a Mochalatta chill. Tonight, I came to get a cinnamon roll and received the same rude service. The cashier rung me up for 2 and I explained I only ordered one. She wanted to look in my bag to make sure I only got one, which I did. It was the tiniest cinnamon roll that I’ve ever paid $6 for. Literally, 4 bites. I don’t know what happened to this place, but I won’t be back. Sad to see such decline, especially after knowing what it use to be.

My recent encounter at Cinnabon left me utterly dismayed. As my companions and I approached the establishment, excited for a sweet treat, we were met with a rude shock. Despite arriving well before the posted closing time, we were informed that they had decided to close shop 20 minutes early. The blatant disregard for customers who had made the effort to visit is baffling and disrespectful. What truly added insult to injury was what unfolded next. As we inquired if any cinnamon rolls were available, we were met with indifference. Instead of offering us the chance to enjoy the delectable pastries they are known for, we were forced to sit and watch as an employee systematically crushed all remaining cinnamon rolls into a large container, destined for the trash. The wanton waste of perfectly good food was not only disappointing but deeply unsettling. This experience raises significant concerns about Cinnabon's commitment to both customer satisfaction and responsible business practices. To close early, especially when patrons were eager to enjoy their offerings, displays a shocking lack of professionalism and regard for the very people who keep their doors open.It is my sincere hope that Cinnabon takes this critique to heart and uses it as an opportunity to reevaluate their approach to customer service and food wastage. This instance has undoubtedly left a sour taste in my mouth, and I sincerely hope that others are spared from such a disheartening encounter in the future.

Very typical Cinnamon except the service was great.

Rude staff.

Extremely rude staff. I asked if the last center of the roll was fresh, was told “it’s fresh all day”. Confused, I asked again and was given the same response. I then asked how long ago it was cooked and was told again for the third time “it’s fresh all day”. I said okay and bought it. I then asked if I could have extra cinnamon because they had a huge bowl of unused cinnamon just sitting out. He looked at the bowl and said I’m afraid I can’t do that in a condescending voice. And they didn't give me a fork to eat it with!

If I could give a 0 I would. As me and a friend went to the mall we got Cinnabon and the whole time we were in line the guys at the cashier were laughing at us and when we checked out they was “fat shaming” my friend. This completely ruined her day and hurt her feelings and they was very childish and immature.

Love me some cinnabon! Although most locations are closed near me I was able to locate this one in Hattiesburg; which is an hour and half away from me. I had an oral surgeon appointment there so why not drive by. The gentleman waiting on us was very pleasant & helpful. As always the cinnamon roll was awesome! Even brought a 4 pack to go. Love it just wish they had a location closer!!

The rolls are delicious! Super soft and fluffy. They offer a variety of really good coffees and will allow you to make adjustments to orders and sometime customize your drinks! They offer masks and sanitizer if you need it. Very friendly staff.

My 7 year old child was refused service today because she wasn’t wearing a mask!! The mandate has NEVER included children under 12 and I think it’s disgusting to refuse a child service because of some little girl on a power trip. Absolutely do not recommend.
