I stopped by the Hattiesburg location on my way from work. I didn’t want anything heavy so I decided to try out their Wild Alaskan fish sandwich combo. It was fresh, hot, and it didn’t have a wild taste. 10 minutes down the road and you could still feel the heat through the wrapper!

For the second time we went there to get a couple of chili cheese hot dogs… for the second time they didn’t have any! Poorly managed restaurant ! Won’t be back

I love coming here to get a peanut buster parfait. I’m not a huge ice cream fan but this dessert checks all the boxes for me! I have had a couple of bad experiences with employees at this location, so I typically prefer to do the drive-through instead of going inside.

When you serve a soft serve ice cream, keep in mind the bottom of the cone is not covered in paper. I was not paying immediate attention when my cone was ready. Rather than getting my attention the employee placed my flat bottomed cone on the aluminum service counter. The counter had several people prior to me leaning and touching this counter. When I was made aware by my guests that my cone was up first. I went to the counter and took my soft serve cone and went outside as I knew my large cone would start to melt right away. When I went to pick the cone up, first I noticed the chocolate coating had dropped all the way down over the paper on the cone so I grabbed many napkins to wrap it around the existing paper, something I think should have been done by the server. This is a casual service observation. I was not thanked for my business and the server seemed rather uninterested in my satisfaction. The store was not busy, other than myself and the three others I was treating with desert. It was when my guests met me outside and we were now in the car I realized the bottom of my cone was not covered in paper, I assume this is by design. I realized the bottom surface had been placed on top of the dirty counter. I think this was both unsanitary, a possible health concern and I discarded my cone one of my favorite parts to eat. Had the employee been half interested in my satisfaction this wouldn't have been a issue. I believe this can be resolved with better employee training. Sounds like I'm whining, I assure you if I was overly upset I would have returned to the coubter. It is my hope that if my review is written this will not happen to other customers. One other point is, and this would be for corporate, I've never received the same amount, more or less, of ice cream when placing a small, medium or large cone on any of my visits. There isn't even anything written for the cut more to know what to expect when ordering the different sizes. We would like to know what to expect when making a choice between price points so we can better decide and know what to expect when ordering a dipped cone. Overall I was underwhelmed with the service I received as another guest of mine didn't get what they ordered.Parking: The location is located up on a hill and cannot be accessed by my camper without the risk of bottoming out, or we would have visited more times. This evening we were in a small pickup. Between the perhaps 10 spots and the drive-through line, this location would be better for lunch dinner in and in-and-out shift workers if it were not so difficult to navigate between the drive-thru line and the perhaps 10 open spots. I've no idea how this would be accomplished as this is a small area on hillside.

Alexis just made me the BEST cupfection (with the brownie, caramel and hot fudge sauce) that I have ever eaten in my life. I'm heading to work out, just so I can have another one next week!

Absolute worst dairy queen experience. This is the second time purchasing about 40 dollars worth of blizzards. Both times messing up the butter pecan. Ice cream was melted and over done as if on purpose. The female whom served us was rude and appeared angry at the world or maybe they were getting close to closing, I don't know. It's a shame with rising costs and spending 80 dollars on ice cream to be treated as if I bought off the dollar menu with pennies. People work hard to spend their monies in places like this. We won't be back to this one for sure!

I had a great food experience, have not been to DQ in a long time. The Hamburger was excellent, it was in a box and not wrapped up like a smash sandwich. I could taste the Lettuce, tomato, cheese, and burger. Beats all the other guys burgers I've had. Did I mention the hot fries. Yes love hot fries. I had to wait, but she told me was waiting on hot fries and I didn't mind. Customer service was excellent and smiling friendly faces. 3/28/23 1130am ish. Thank you!
