The only reason I'm putting this as a five-star is so it will be seen. I have shopped here for many years and they change their employees to the slowest people on the planet and they will get your order wrong on purpose and laugh at shut this place down immediately

Staff lost my sisters order. They gave me my heath blizzard while we were standing there. She got her drink when they gave her her cup. We sat down and proceeded to wait.she finished her drink and I finished a medium blizzard. They kept looking our way but never said anything. Kept delivering to other customers. Finally someone asked was everything okay, did we enjoy our meal. We told them we didn't receive it. They ran around looking for ticket, finally having to look on register to get it. My sister finally got her meal and apologized and offered 2 sundaes for free.
