This was where I chose to celebrate my 55th birthday 3/10/2024. My boyfriend and my pregnant daughter came along with me. The baked potato casserole was luke warm. The chopped brisket and chopped pork were almost cold. Best part of the meal was the roll which I was informed was about to be traded out by the company for Texas toast. This is the second time in 2 weeks that I've eaten here the first time I ordered a baked potato with brisket on top the potato was good but it was not hot by any means. Also had mac and cheese at that visit and it was congealed and cold. On my birthday visit there were dirty trays where people had eaten still on the tables. Used to love this place. Not sure what has changed.

Their food is consistent and worth the trip there. I usually get the brisket plate with creamy spinach & fried okra. Their rolls are fantastic. I wish the plate would come with 2 of them. I would rate their tea 5 stars!

They now charge you 3 1/2% to use your debit card or credit card. Other restaurants in Hattiesburg don't charge you to use a card. I went to their competitor and used my card surcharge free!In addition, they don't know what a mop is. Their floor is so sticky that my shoes stuck to the floor. Nasty, nasty, nasty!Your 3 1/2% surcharge has cost you two regular customers. I normally pay cash, but didn't have enough today so I used a card, but got a refund and went elsewhere. I don't charge a credit card surcharge in my business when a customer uses a credit or debit card. I gladly accept credit cards! That's just a cost of doing business. I guess you failed economics 101.

Very tasty, first time here and will be back. The pork sandwich was tasty, sides such as fries, baked beans, Mac and cheese, fried okra were all bettered than expected.

Oh wow, Dickey's rules. Delish pulled pork ? and their stuffed potatoes? are amazing. They have sweet sauce that goes perfectly with the BBQ too.
Picked up at 1100am lunch for 30. It was ready and they were right on time. Food was perfect for our family gathering! 2nd year we have used them for our reunion and we plan to use them again.

Came to pick up an online order, the man at the front was visibly annoyed and walked away after telling him multiple times who the order was for. The sandwiches we ordered barely had any meat on them, our fries were cold and soggy. The drinks were watered down and just nasty that we dumped them out. Overall I wouldn’t recommend this dickeys to anyone. The Covington has better customer service and gives you more food for your buck.
I absolutely hate picking up here. The employees act like they don't have a clue what's going on when I try to pick up an order. And don't even get me started on the excessive wait time.... ??

I've eaten at this Dickey's in the past (and even used their services for corporate catering events) but I was beyond unhappy with my experience today. The associate was visibly bored and disinterested, the floor was sticky, and myself and the other patrons in line were visibily uncomfortable with it. The customer in line ahead of me was with his son, and the associate was extremely blase about wings (what the child wanted to order) being out - not so much as a token apology after. Then I got my food. All of my sauces were left out of my order - including the ones I paid extra for - leaving the meat flavorless and almost too dry to eat. The fries (my chosen side) were a congealed mess in their container and lukewarm to boot. I'd be more understanding if the restaurant was experiencing a rush, but I was one of the only customers present at all. That should've perhaps been a sign.

Willy, older man who’s been there for several years, is amazing! I’ve eaten here for so many years just because of him. He’s awesome and truly cares about customers. He’s always walking around and makes sure no one has to get up. Give him a raise! Kid-friendliness: Awesome service

Went inside an ordered food to go. Waited 25 minutes on order. The restaurant wasn't busy at all. They forgot to make our order. Doubt I'll be back.
