Possibly one of the worst dining experience I’ve ever had. The server took our order, taking thorough notes and the order still came out wrong and everyone’s plate came out at a different time. When it was time to checkout, the server didn’t know how to separate the tickets. And rather then helping him; his counterparts skipped ahead of him and watch him struggle while we waited an HOUR!!!! Once we went to the checkout kiosks, we could finally leave. Poor experience.

Waitress spilled a plate of food on me, but she was very professional and apologetic about it. It was clearly an accident and things happen. No worries from me, she brought me a damp towel to clean myself up and our table of 4 guest continued on to have a great meal with excellent service. Brooklyne is a great server we thoroughly enjoyed our experience despite the mishap.

Soggy nachos? Nachos or soggy and just soaking in cheap watered down queso. Nachos should have cheese sprinkled on all the chips and then heated up so the cheese sticks to the chips. Why would you use queso on nachos and make them all soggy? This soggy dish also had old flavorless MILD jalapeños on top and some cold flavorless steak that was sitting around for hours because it was cold. Everything served at our table can easily be made at home. Why waste money going to a restaurant that should have the skills and equipment to make better food than I do at home. Just skip this place.....Nothing here is worth the price you pay. Nothing has flavor. Nothing taste good.

Server was more interested in talking to tables than taking orders,& when food did show up,it was horrible. Drinks took 20 minutes for a frozen margarita, which are premade. No stars!!

I had the Burrito Don Chuy with added jalapeño That burrito is huge and was very good, I really enjoyed it. The Queso Dip is also the best I've had locally. Our waitress was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu items. They were out of Tamales and I really wanted to try them

So I was in Mississippi for less than a week and my family and I wanted Mexican for takeout dinner and what I ordered was the "don chuy" burrito. I felt that the burrito was generously topped with queso. However in my opinion it was overstuffed with steak and the burrito was falling apart. I will say if you prefer more meat than this is the burrito for you. If not I would not recommend this dish. The queso dip on the other hand was delicious and so was the guacamole and the chips. I give this takeout a four stars.
