I made a mobile order. I worked hard to establish decent timing between my order and arrival at the restaurant. When I got there the only thing they had ready for my Oder was the Coke.Apparently the chef mis read the order, made the wrong sandwich and then there wasn’t enough meat to make the correct sandwich with out dropping more patties.No really sure what you can do about that, but it was very disappointing and really negatively impacted my ETA to home, in the Jackson area.
Ordered the wraps which were horrible and a kids meal. Took 15 minutes from the time we paid to the time we got our food in the drive thru line, we were the only ones there. Noticed they forgot the toy in the kids meal so we sat there for another 5 minutes waiting for someone to come to the window after walking past it several times and looking right at us. When confronting about the toy being missing you can clearly tell by talking with the lady she is inebriated and not registering what I’m saying. “Ma’am we’re missing the toy in the kids meal” response “but I put the fries in there”. She gets the manager and the manager explains they’re out of toys, which with her attitude you could tell was a lie. Got home and the chicken wraps were cold, the lettuce was wilted to a dull yellow, and they were severely soggy. We live 5 minutes away. Everytime we try to give Hardee’s another chance it never fails to impress me how disappointing a “fast food” restaurant can be.

The service was terrible! Waited between 10-15 minutes for 5 piece chicken tenders and small fries inside. Chicken overcooked. I had to ask for sauce. No napkins in the bag. Your service in Great Falls, Mt. was excellent by comparison. I would never recommend your chicken to anyone.
