I stopped through on my way back to Jackson, I like to support local businesses. I wish I could say that I had a good experience. I only purchased two items, I asked about the variety of muffins and was told by the staff that she had no Idea what kinds of muffins they were. She was rude and never ended her phone conversation while completing my order. She then went on to complain about other staff who hadn't put paper in the boxes??? Anyway, I won't be back. Not welcoming at all.

I went on 02/21 and the staff member working was pretty rude, as if she was in a rush. Threw a cheese square in a big bag and left the two cupcake cups on the counter and ran back off to the back. When I first came in no greeting, just what you getting, as if she was ready to go. The products I did get didn’t have good buttercream icing, more like store bought regular icing. The worker said buttercream, but who knows. Wasted $10. These cheese square was good tho

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I’ve always gone here and loved them until recently. I tried to have them make a custom cookie/cake box for my gender reveal, and they would not. They told me they couldn’t do it because everything was “already iced for the day”… okay and? I wasn’t saying it had to be made that day. I don’t know why they couldn’t have taken my order and got it to me the next day or so. They DID NOT want to make my custom order for some reason, rushed me out of the door, and ruined the surprise. I will never go back.

The cake is amazing, the chicken salad on sun dried tomato bread is addictive, I love this place and always spend too much money when I visit Hattiesburg. Definitely worth it.

Very disappointing. Save your money.I bought my daughter a birthday cake with a Teenage mutant ninja turtles image transfer on it from here. Gave a week's notice ahead of time. Paid almost $70 (yes, almost $70.00) for a very dry cake with a blue splotch on the picture of Michaelangelo . When I asked about the blue spot on the character, the young girl, who I wouldn't describe as kind, replied that it was just part of the image. No, it's not. I personally printed out the image and hand delivered it to Jody's fresh & crisp last week. So very disappointed. The bad thing is this is the SECOND CHANCE we have given them, as they messed up our wedding cake years ago. I thought maybe they'd changed/improved, but, unfortunately, no.
Getting a slice of wedding cake here is always a must when in the Hattiesburg area

The lady that was at the register need’s customer service training because she was not friendly at all. The cupcake I bought was dry and nasty and it had a weird after taste. I’ll rather eat Walmart cupcakes because this the second time I done ate y’all cupcake and it was nasty!!
