It's years between visiting with family in the south. I like Krystals sweet tea. We waited in drive thru. Then waited some more for someone to come on the intercom. Only to be told we are out of tea. Like WHAT???

We were traveling through Hattiesburg MS down to the Gulf Coast and found a Krystal through Goggle Maps. It was close off the interstate. It was a bit confusing to park as there were no clearly marking parking spots. It seemed like you just park wherever:) the restaurant was very clean. The on duty manager was very nice. He had one of those booming voices, and I joked with him about it. Fun stuff. The food was great and fresh. I love some Krystals. This location didn't disappoint.

I've always enjoyed their tiny burgers and chili cheese fries. The interior is always clean. The parking lot however is a tank trail. Beware the big pothole coming in.Parking: There is a huge pothole at the entrance enter carefully.

Stopped for an ICEE and shakes....all were good. However, I can't say the same for the service....one employee was sitting at a table looking at his phone.....we probably waited a good 3 minutes before he decided to assist us. I just looked at my receipt (were there Feb.2) and find that I was charged for a Krystal Cheese that I never received......my fault for not looking at what I was given.
