Ever since the renovation this place is just going down hill.. i ordered a regular pizza and cheese sticks w marinara sauce. The dude that took my order asked what I wanted but didn’t even put it in the system so I had to wait even longer plus I had to ask twice for the sauce that comes with the cheese sticks. And they still didn’t give me the sauce. The pizza was old and you could definitely tell. I asked to speak with another employee and the women was real nice and helped out. They just over all need to do better bc nobody wants to eat an old pizza they made two hours ago… just saying.

These workers DO NOT love their job. I would even go as far as to say that they don't even LIKE having a job in general. The website AND the app were "down," delivery or pickup, and no one answered the phone. The doors were locked when we finally drove over to place an order. No greeting. No smiles. No cares. There was plenty of attitude, though. Ordeted a side of their pizza sauce that cane in a huge cup, but was only half full. I get it. I work in the industry as well. But, DAMN! Could have saved you 30 minutes had I been able to make a delivery order, OR even a pickup order. Can't wait for the new pizza place to open on 4th Street.

While getting pizzas through drive threw noticed on my receipt that I was charged a tip that was not authorized by me. Asked the cashier and all they could say is that it happens all the time. I have to believe that he has given himself tips on numerous occasions and not given the receipt to customers. Check into this because that’s stealing and how many has he done this to without them noticing. I personally will not be back to this store and I hope this gets to the right person and they check it out. It’s not an accident like he stated you physically have to hit the 15% button to get that.

I ordered a pretzel pepperoni pizza, when I picked it up, and took it home, I realized there was no cheese sauce on it, it looked like a normal pepperoni with salt on the crust, and even after that I found out it wasn’t cut at all just one big pizzaParking: Lots of parking

Just be prepared to wait for a while to get a pizza . It’s cheap but it takes forever! I waited 30 minutes for 1 pepperoni pizza .

They pay these workers $8.50/hr. Staff is low and service is slow because the pay is criminally low. Workers can barely buy a pizza from the place they work at after an hour. The owner here should be ashamed.
