This McDonald’s is the worst McDonald’s in Hattiesburg, you will be in the drive through for 30 minutes no matter what time you come here, and don’t think when you go inside it will be any different it will take just as long. Management needs to be contacted or the staff needs to be taught how to run a fast food establishment.

The absolute nastiest, rudest people you will ever meet. Thirty minute drive home, asked if they could close up my bag with stickers so it could stay warm. Literally put on a stank face, rolled her eyes before haphazardly throwing stickers all over the bag. Ugly inside and out, will avoid coming here at dinner as much as possible.

Food is nasty, no experience in making a burger or pride nonetheless. Forgot the rest of the order. If yall smart out here in Hattiesburg I'd take ya money else where and let them turn that McDonald's into something. It's just a waste of space and horrible for ya..

I never have high expectations from fast food establishments. But this was one of those occasions where they really knocked it out of the park. The restaurant was clean and orderly. Everyone on staff that interacted with me was friendly. And the service was quick.

They all seem to be moving towards less service at the registers so you have to use the app, kiosk or drive thru.I DO NOT LIKE THAT AT ALL!!AND - if you're going to use all your options electronically and higher less people, then pay the ones that are there working more $$!!
