I just started going here last December, and they've already increase prices twice. Also, this location lacks quality control. One time there was a fly in my salad, and most recently, the fountain drinks tasted off.

Had no sides then charged the full price for the "upgraded" sides with no reduction after saying we could upgrade with no issue then one fruit cup was 1/2 full. Not likely to go back after going for years. Night manager was useless.
I tried to order a bagel with cream cheese and tomato and the employee serving me actually said no!!! She said there was no way she could do that??? I was willing to pay extra and they have tomato’s advertised on other sandwiches. Horrible customer service. I ended up with a dry toasted bagel with frozen butter on the side. Not impressed.

Gosh, where do I begin on the nightmare experience the manager on duty at this location created. As another reviewer mentioned, the wait at this location IS INSANE, we were yelled at by the drive thru employee AND manager for complaining about the wait. Our entire order was wrong and requested a refund for the wait and incorrect order and got told we “must not have ever worked in the food industry”.Just avoid this location, I’m glad I was only on a road trip and will never have to deal with this location again.

Huge disappointment. Ordered Baja bowl and Margarita Flatbread with soup. The flatbread was nearly inedible. Soaked in watery sauce and slices of raw tomato with little clumps of cheese. Most of bread wasn’t even covered with ingredients. Baja bowl was cold and had a waxy texture. Only the soup and baguette were enjoyed. Go somewhere else for a good meal.

Wow, waited like 30 minutes in the drive thru with only one person in front of me, then they charged me $4.99 for a drink that should've came in my combo and tastes like nothing but Cinnamon and old milk. I asked if they forgot to add espresso? but was told they did 2 shots, I didn't fight about it cause a long line of cars were now behind me after waiting so long. They also charged me for extra mozzarella and dressing. My sandwich had barely any, like less than a 3rd of the amount of mozzarella usually on the green goddess sandwich I get from other paneras shops when I don't order extra mozz. My sauce cup was less than half full and then... as I poured it onto my sandwich and ate I saw a bunch of little pieces of what I found out to be PLASTIC WRAP!!!!!! mixed into the sauce!!!. One piece I accidentally ate and is now stuck in my throat. Yeeeeah GROSS!.Luckily I have another drink in the car so I don't have to choke down the plastic wrap with anymore Cinnamon milk.Sandwich, plastic sauce, milk and $18.56 in the TRASH!I am still working on dislodging the plastic wrap still stuck in my throat. I might barf. DISGUSTING! HEALTH HAZARD! PLASTIC wrap!!! served in food is inexcusable. I'll never eat here again!
