I have been extremely disappointed with my past 2 orders. Wednesday night, my wings and cheese sticks were delivered by door dash and the dasher had no change. I was forced to either tip the $17 change or not get my food. Very disappointed. Last night, Friday... my food took hours to arrive.

If I could give zero Star I would Called at 11:20 to place a delivery and they keep on saying.... "Hold please my manger will talk to u and take ur order " Never talked to anyone if it gonna stop taking delivery orders at 11:20pm make sure ur website says that ..... Had to Place a Order with Dominos they delivered Thank u Domino's.

My family and I are traveling and passing through and we decided to get pizza because we are starving. There isn’t a Papa John’s at my location so I wanted something different, I saw this location had a fair share of bad reviews and a few good ones so I decided to chance it . I’m not sure if I just caught them on a good day but it was fabulous. So much better than the reviews make them out to be. Our order was fresh , hot, and ready when we arrived the store. The staff were friendly and the pizza was great. They even gave us extra dipping sauces so we didn’t run out. It was perfect. 5/5.

The employees had no idea what the specials were, I pulled them up on line(while I ’m sending at the counter) and he says yeah just place your order on line. Nevermind I’ll go somewhere else, thought maybe I’d pick up dinner on my way to the car leaving the game.

I come in to get my order, and the young man barks at me about how it’s not ready yet. I see he’s stressed, so I step out and chill in my car until it’s been 15 minutes. He then apologizes about the wait, and hands me my pizza. I check it when I get to a stop light, and this is what I see. Did he drop it?

One entire pizza was filled with someone’s hair. It seriously looked like the person had brushed their hair over the pizza. The hair was dark and about 6” long, and no less than 30 pieces throughout the thin-crust pizza. If you supplied a complaint area on your website, I would have contacted the store directly.

Order a papadilla and it resembles a cicis pizza, looks like half of a cheese pizza and the other half of what I ordered, when I called and the answer I got was,it is what it is....if you order through a third party app maybe do pick-up

Worst pizza I’ve had in years. Jalapeños were put on prior to being cooked and just fell off in the box, very little sauce, and crust was very similar to the box it came in.
