Always delicious. The staff are polite, friendly, and lively. The location is convenient for those living in the North Hattiesburg area, and being on a side street next to a traffic light makes it easier to get in and out of.It's a bit expensive for fast food. The narrow lot it sits on makes the drive through very narrow, so you can't get out once you're in. It seemed understaffed before, but lately that's improved, so I'm glad to see that.As always it could use more foot and bike access. It's in close proximity to a neighborhood that provides a lot of their business after all.It's a good location all in all with a clean interior, and a great staff.

Specifically ordered a mixture of drummettes and wingettes ghost wings. But when got food home I had 3 wingettes & 9 drummettes of a 12 piece. The chicken was fresh and tasted good but I was disappointed with my order. This shouldn't be a problem since whole wings are made up of both parts. Stop giving certain customers what you want and give customers what we ask and pay for.

They were messing up people orders yesterday including mines . Management sucks here . If your doing Doordash or getting food from here make sure you check your order before leaving the store also counting each item to make sure it's there . Store Owner can also check the cameras on yesterday to see how many orders they mess up over here . It's best to go to other popeyes restaurant than this one .

We ordered 2 meals. We went through the drive through, the girl got put out with us for taking so long to order. She asked us three times for our order. Then asked questions so fast we couldn't understand what she was saying, which upset her even more when we asked her to repeat it, numerous times. The food is was good.

The employees act like robots ! Yall need bonuses for great service and maybe a smile here or there wouldn't hurt. Chicken is always awesome so that's a winner for the company, but it would be nice to get a smile or even the price of our food before grabbing my debit card ! ? Comeonman

I went to the Popeyes located on US HWY 49 at HWY 59 in Hattiesburg. I have no ideal how the food taste, because I never received any food. I was in the drive-through, and was asked to pull up and they would bring my order out to me. After 40 minutes I walked inside and asked for a refund.

Not happy with this Popeyes. It took forever to get my order. They were out of red beans and my 5 piece strip boxes only had 3 strips each. Don't know what order number was because they didn't give me a receipt. Happened 9/28/23 around 5:15-5:35.
