Won’t be back to this location. I spend $15 on chicken and I ask for one sauce and the kid at the window tells me although I made a purchase, I’ll be charged 33 cent for one single sauce. No sauce came with my meal, I requested one and apparently I didn’t qualify for one free sauce. Eff yall

I live 30 minutes away...they got both my combos wrong, and u want me to come back so u can fix it..I'll do that if u pay me for all my lost time and the gas...this store has always got something wrong,and heaven forbid u nèd to go to the bathroom, it's the nastiest thing I've ever seen every time I go in there.

This place is new & has better than your average fast food service. I went to get their new Truffle chicken sandwich & the manager had food on his face! I loved the fact that he was happy with the food and was eating it so I purchased another sandwich for dinner! Seriously though the place is clean & new and is run better than the average Popeyes. Stop in if you’re ever passing through I-59 off exit 26.

They must only do inspection at these fast food places like Once a year because this popeyes is very dirty and nasty in the restrooms and lobby floor . No soap in the bathroom so i dont know how the workers wash their hands .

We are not normally fans of fast food, but we do like Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen. This store was much like most, attractive and clean. The staff were friendly but I felt it a bit out of line to be charged $2.50 for a cup of water. I paid it, if that’s the policy then that’s the policy. Drive through so slow. Tried to order. Inside not open. Very rude. You would with inside closed drive through would be faster. But in-line for more than 20 min and still third in line to order. What a disappointment!! 9

I received my order, but wasn't sure how I spent $8 on a sandwich and a water. She told me after I asked that I just paid $3 for a small cup of water. Just a simple heads up to the customer before overcharging them for water would be nice.
