I do not care for the awkward remodel! They should have consulted me ?. The food quality and taste never seems to waiver from excellent and I am never disappointed. They have an easy to navigator drive thru.Parking: Not enough parking for wheelchair accessibility. They seem to always be taken.Kid-friendliness: Oh yeah. For sure.They are kid friendly.Wheelchair accessibility: The tables and deink area with the booth layout were extremely hard for us to maneuver . It was a bit crowded. The person pushing me was a little anxious about the situation and I hate feeling like a burden. The waitress saw us struggling though and hooked us up!
Hate to say it because our first few orders were good. But the last few times they have forgotten a side dish we ordered. Fast delivery, but the mac and cheese came straight out of a box man...not good. Probably will not order again. I hope you fix this...

I love the staff, service and food at this location! Eric is one of the most patient cashiers I've ever met as I never truly know what I want when I get to the counter. James is an excellent cook and the food always comes out fast and fresh! I recommend the brisket panini or the loaded potato. They are both great!

I usually love to pick up from Sweet Peppers but last week and again this week you were out of potato Soup with bread bowls. I can understand once as an unusual occurrence but twice in a row is very disappointing. I chose to pick up elsewhere.

For several years now, I pick up food here 2 to 3 times a week for lunch. Sometimes for dinner. Overall a good restaurant but I have to leave a review after today’s lunch. 15% of my salad was rotten. Same for my wife. Totally unacceptable. $20 for two salads, Shouldn’t be any rotted lettuce in the salad. I can understand a piece or two of rotted lettuce. But there’s no way the person who made the salads didn’t notice the amount of rotten lettuce.Also, they are too often out of potatoes, even though potatoes seem to be something Walmart can regularly get and keep in stock.

I don’t come to sweet peppers as often as I would like since it’s a little far away from where I live, but I think that their menu is so vast that anybody could find some thing delicious to eat here. They have a lot of healthy options and everything I have ever tried here has been amazing. The staff does a wonderful job of keeping the lines and the wait times down

We stumbled on Sweet Peppers while traveling for a soccer tournament. The food was good for being a counter order style establishment. It was clean and service was prompt. The menu included soups, salads, sandwiches, a flatbread, and baked& stuffed potatoes. I’d not hesitate to return for a quick dining experience.Kid-friendliness: Kids welcome of all ages…

We were going to our favorite butcher shop across town and remembered this place was close by… Jim wanted a baked potato and I was in the mood for a sandwich.. panini! He enjoyed his cheese and bacon potato with a half a roast beef sandwich! I had a wonderful Italian panini… my only regret was I got a half a sandwich and a bowl of potato soup…. While the panini was outstanding the soup was dismal! It had the consistency of water and very little flavor except chicken broth, which isn’t what I’m after in potato soup! Fantastic sandwiches… pathetic excuse for soup! We will go back and stay away from the soup!!
