We ordered a number 1. We didn't check the bag before leaving. Got on 98 and it was the wrong order and wrong soda size. After returning they apologized and gave us the correct order. Didn't offered no type of items for their mistake and the extra gas I burn going back to get the correct order. Please check your order before pulling off. Probably won't be visiting this location anytime soon.

I placed a mobile order and had to wait 20 minutes for it. People that came in after me and ordered at the counter got their food before me... Absolutely disappointed

This taco bell is hit or miss. I’ve had great customer service the last couple of times (prior rude for no reason per usual, including the manager) but today they were yet again rude and yet again messed up my order. I would love to know why my cheesy bean and rice burrito comes with beef now instead beans. This is the third time in a row.
These don't deserve to be called burritos, more like Taquitos. They have hardly anything in them and aren't close to hot so the cheese is still solid in shredded form. The two burritos that were ordered as extra beef had about a table spoon of beef.

I asked for 2 of the four pack rolled chicken tacos everytime I go and I only get 2 of the two pack, no ice in the sweet tea I ordered, they over charged me on my order and when I asked for my money back the girl at the window said they “can’t do that.” That’s theft and I will never eat at this location again…
