I order door dash. I waited over an hour for delivery because I was waiting on door dash to find me a dasher. As I’m communicating with door dash they notified me that the restaurant canceled my order because they are about to close in 15mins in which I was sending my husband to go get the order because I spent $142. I called the restaurant and asked why did they cancel my order because my husband is on the way. Even door dash was was calling to let them know that I was sending someone. They have called me before to verify my order why couldn’t you call me and let me know before you there away my food. She tried to lie and say they don’t call customers . I told her you have called me several times before to verify my order so why wouldn’t you call and let me know this! Very unprofessional service. You basically wasted $142 of your own product instead of reaching out to the customer first to make other arrangements.

It was my first time visiting The Crab House. It was very good. We got the fried catfish platter and boiled shrimp plate. They were delicious. Next time, I am going for the spicy shrimps. I am visiting from Elizabethtown
