DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!Worst experience ever, female manager very rude, messed up my order 2 days in a row and i work across town and refuse to give me my money back, asked to speak to the owner and she stated she owns it! Use to be a regular but i will NEVER go back to tophers on hwy 11 with the crew that’s there now, ownership made some really bad choices with this crew!!!!Worst fast food experience ever!!!!!!

Great melt, perfect onions and sourdough. The fries are to die for. Great sweet tea. Even the ice was perfect! Interior was a little bland. Maybe Oak Grove decorations?

This place is a sad excuse for a restaurant. Whole place was dirty, ceiling was leaking water from the a/c all over the floors, floors were filthy, tables weren't clean, garbage cans overflowing, and flies were everywhere. The staff was rude and slow. Hard as it is to imagine, the food was worse than all that! Greasy and tasteless burgers and fries, chicken strips were overcooked and hard. This was a total waste of money and I won't be back.

This use to be my go to spot. Today I was wanting to go buy a ppj burger and the new chicken sandwich. We could not even get waited on. The staff came out back door and just started talking to each other and we were not even acknowledged. They were just playing around. The manager was out there as well. This was the most horrible exp I had with any place before. The staff. I enjoy Topher's the staff they have working there now as of july 12 2023 is going to get the place shut down! We just drove off!
We’ve been long time customers of this Tophers and always really liked it. The quality of food has massively decreased in the past few months.We always get egg bacon and cheese biscuits for breakfast on the weekends. A few weeks ago they changed from fried eggs to scrambled (likely from powder) which was disappointing but manageable.This week one of our sandwiches the biscuit is so over cooked that it’s basically impossible to chew and there are almost no eggs at all on the sandwich.Just very disappointed at these changes… I’m fine paying more (and prices have gone up!) as long as the quality is at least on par with what you were offering before.

The clerk to my order through the drive thru . I ordered a large onion ring they charged and gave me a regular..but they fixed the order with no charge .they let me keep both !!!!!!??♂️

come here if you want to pay 15 dollars for a cold, incorrect order "served" by lazy, rude employees. this location in particular is TERRIBLE. employees glare at you and drag their feet to make you feel like you're ruining their day by ordering, orders are often wrong, food is often cold/poor quality, especially compared to burger joints of equivalent price, and the wait times are absurd. I've been frequenting both the Hardy St location and this one for years and after my most recent few experiences I don't think I'll ever eat at ANY location again. Everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but the failure rate here has passed the point of "just the occasional honest mistake." They don't care. It's very obvious.

I placed an order through the drive through. The main reason. I went was for the onion rings however I didn’t get any. I was very disappointed when I got all the home. I ordered a burger with mayo and pickles only and received only ketchup the meat was nearly burnt and the chicken “strips” were like over cooked chicken bites. The staff was friendly though! I don’t think I’ll be back
