This waffle house has been my go to location for over 20 years! Great service and they have a guy who is ALWAYS cleaning. As far as waffle houses go, it’s the best!

Usually this Waffle House is really good but tonight they sucked They didn’t tell us it’s gonna be a minute they didn’t ask us if we needed something to drink nothing we sat there for like 20 minutes and and they didn’t even seat us we did and most of the tables where still

We ordered from the kids menu waffles. They got one waffle and two bacon. I ordered the sane thing from the adult menu and got only one waffle and 3 bacon. Two dollars more!Why would i at least get one more waffle?

The cook is doing an amazing job. 100% killing it, but the waitresses aren’t doing a thing. There are people who have been waiting to order for 20+ minutes. It’s outrageous. One of the waitresses is literally just sitting with her arms holding her head up on the counter just watching customers stand there waiting to order. Not even worried about asking if they want a seat. Tables with dirty dishes not getting cleaned. 1,000,000% awful customer experience.
Super friendly staff 10-13-23 at 5 AM. Did a call in order and the lady taking the order was very kind and made my morning! The gentlemen with her was just as pleasant.

The service was very good with my server Deasia. I mistakenly messed up what I ordered, and she told the cook, Jamarcus. Jamarcus was yelling at her and very mad at the fact he had to fix one little thing. I felt very uncomfortable with his representation of the conversation towards her.
