Just left. Was there for buy one get one- customer service reps had no ideal that there was a national advertising for it! They were nice about it, finally called management, they got approval to honor... but no one could figure out how to ring it up. Told them no onions on my sandwich, what did I bite into... red onion. So I returned and reordered a Rueben / hot, I was finally gonna eat... well the meat in Ruben sandwich was COLD! I was done- , on all the beverages choices were flat, tea was soured too. Bathrooms - nasty. They should do an entire cleanup and go back to Traing on how to run this franchise! Will not be back nor recommend to anyone. ?????

As soon as i walked in i was greeted by the staff, very polite and nice with a smile on their face. The place looks very comfortable and relaxing feeling with the windows showing the outside. I got the grinder without red onions and tomato's, the bread is really crispy, the cheese is melted perfectly and the pepperonis is a good touch the the sandwhich. Would definitely come back again. Not to mention the wrapper was already cut in half for me already.

Limp and old tasting french fries with no salt. The meatball sub was completely soaked and soggy. The meatballs were a weird hard texture, probably a low quality frozen variety. The sauce just tasted like a standard canned/jarred kind.If you're not going to even try with the meatball sub, just remove it from the menu.Would not recommend this place, since the menu is clearly a minefield of bad options.

The girls working in the front had no idea what they were doing, i waited for 15 minutes for an online order and the people that ordered in store got their food before me. even tho i placed my order way before they got there. they just seemed clueless

Go here all the time, but because I did not sign up for the birthday club a year ago, then no birthday sandwich for me. Too funny, big boss was sitting at the table and jumped up to tell me that if I had only signed up a couple of months ago then no birthday sandwich. LOL, joke is on you. We USE to buy 3 sandwiches a week from you and now it will be ZERO. Stingy owner or STINGY manager. The employee was ready to help us out until you jumped up from the table you were sitting at...acting so important. I really appreciate the employees who are always kind and helpful at this place and am disgusted with the stingy owner/manager that thought they needed to impose themselves into the conversation. Way to empower your employees, yes that is sarcasm. You just lost a family of 5,

I’ve gone to Which wich before and it’s usually really good but today I went and I was very disappointed. I usually get a meatball sub but they updated the menu and brought a new one called “The Meatball Show.” I had no idea that I was ordering a sandwich that I would have to make myself. I have no problem making my own food but on my lunch break I’m looking for something quick and easy. On top of that I couldn’t even MAKE the sandwich. The bread was sealed with melted cheese and crushed. I’m willing to give the place another chance but I wish they didn’t bring out a DIY kit.
These are the best sandwiches in town! I love other places in Hattiesburg, like Panera, Newk’s and McAllister, but ‘Which Wich Superior Sandwiches’ are the best! People there are so kind and helpful. If you haven’t try them, give them a chance! They’re delicious!Kid-friendliness: Your kids can enjoy drawing and painting there. It’s nice environment.Parking: Roomy parking lot. Convenient parking lot for electric cars also.

Passing through Hattiesburg and we stopped in here while our Tesla was charging. The staff was helpful as we were not familiar with Which Wich. The sandwich maker was EXTREMELY friendly. Five stars for him! My husband tuna sub was excellent (much better than that other place) and my cali bowlwich was awesome. Thanks for a great lunch!

The lady at the register helped us order, seeing that we've never been there before. She was very calm and didn't seem to mind our talkative 2 yr old. The food is alittle expensive but it tasted amazing. Definitely will be back.
