Slowest place in town. You would think their menu was widely varied. Must only have room for 1 tender at a time in the fryer. Will not be going back and wouldn’t recommend giving your money to them. Or supporting them.

The food was not good. The bread tasted like it had been reheated a couple times. And the zac sauce overpowered everything and I ruined the food. Even the drinks were bad. My family had to swap drink 2-3 times per person just to find one that you could drink.

Tried the Asiàn salad and it was great. Service was good but the restaurant wasn't clean (lots of trash on the floor) and nobody was trying to clean it. Ok, that doesn't affect the food, but it just reflects badly on the place in general.

This is by far the WORST customer service in the fast food industry in Hattiesburg. Always slow and most definitely always rude. Never having HOT honey mustard in my bag - always giving me the regular one. All you have to offer is chicken. Get it together. Not that hard.

This is the worst Zaxbys location I’ve ever been too. The floors were sticky, drink area was disgusting, no tea, the bathrooms had BOTH stalls labeled as “out of order” and one stalls door was sitting on the floor completely off the hinges. No soap and the paper towel roll was sitting on the sink and soaking wet. The lady taking orders was incredibly rude to everyone that placed orders. Definitely in need of some customer service.

I have been in the drive-thru for 18+ minutes. It is absolutely ridiculous to have a sit-down restaurant wait for an order of chicken tenders.
Zaxby's is too expensive to have snarky employees. I do not have your menu memorized. I eat here maybe once a year.
