Go to Starbucks in many states with no problems but this one for service is the worst. Second time I’ve been there and NOT been able to get the drink I want. I make it clear to the register person what I want and they type it in wrong. When I tell the barista it is wrong and explain what I want, she says ok and makes it wrong again. Both times I was told , “We don’t do that” by the barista. When I explain they are rude and don’t apologize or ask for clarification; just make it incorrectly. All I want is a cold brew with NONFAT foam. I get nonfat milk in the coffee or sweet cream (which I CANNOT have for health reasons). I finally just got a plain cold brew eventhough I was charged for foam. What is so hard about nonfat foam?

I visit this Starbucks about once a week for a sit down late breakfast, the impossible sandwich is amazing and taste just like sausage without being sausage and is not meat!!, my coffee is always delicious but rarely is it hot enough, but very good none the less. On my last visit I did notice a few things that kind of put a small damper on my weekly visit, for one the music was way too loud, its hard to catch up with a friend over coffee if you can't hear them over the music, its not usually that loud but today it was. Next their was an employee that seemed to be transporting something in and out of the restaurant, which in and of itself was not the problem, the issue was that the person was using a trash can on wheels, the one like you place at the curb for pickup, it looked clean but still, it took away from my dine in experience. Otherwise great place, great location, and the baristas are always cordial.

I just can’t say enough about how nice the staff at this Starbucks is they always greet me with just open arms almost know what I want. Places always clean managers always nice. Coffee is great. Always fresh really nice place to stop if you’re on I 55 it’s the 280 exit just go in and say hello and speak to him.

i ordered today in the drive thru (the iced black tea add brown sugar, splashed with milk add vanilla cold form). The drink tastes sour and I don’t know why, last time was pretty good. The cold form was all good taste normally, but the black tea splash with milk tastes disgusting and sourly. It was a girl making the drink I don’t know if she’s new didn’t make my drink right, or this Starbucks use the expired milk, but I have came to this store many times, this is the first time things happened like this. It is hoped that staff training can be strengthened and food hygiene and safety can be checked. Will come back and believe y’all can do better.

The drive thru is way too long. I waited over 15 mins for a mobile order in the drive thru. It caused me to be late for work. I won’t be ordering in the drive thru anymore.

This is a hit or miss place. I've had several good experiences as well as bad. Everyone is super friendly, though. The assistant manager is super sweet. They fixed my order from a previous time without me asking. I love this location. I've visited several with my job working out of state. This is hands down, the only other location, besides Rhode Island, that the staff is pleasant and definitely care about their customers.
