Taco Felix is one of the wonderful flavors of Mexican cuisine. You may order the best tacos, salsa & chips, and grilled chicken. Moreover, I had a waffle with bacon sausage for my breakfast. It was very delicious. This restaurant made my first day of this year perfect.

On 12/11/23 my family of 4 made an evening visit to this restaurant. We sat down and a young male server took our drink order. The complimentary salsa and chips arrived directly after drink order. We were half way through the basket of chips and salsa before the drinks arrived. Then we sat and sat for about 10 minutes while the four servers stood behind the counter talking and finally someone noticed that we were looking in their direction. The young man showed back up to the table and took our order. In the meantime there were 4 servers and 6 tables of customers. All of the other tables had received their food and drinks. We again, sat and sat and sat before AGAIN one of the other servers saw us looking at them as they stood behind the counter. Our server comes over and starts apologizing saying that they were having trouble with the computer. The food tickets were already hanging up for the cooks so I'm not sure would computer problems they were having. By now it's after 6:30 and we had already been at the restaurant for nearly 40 minutes with no food. After the server said the computers were messed up it took about 8-10 minutes for the food to arrive at the table. One of the orders that was brought to us was wrong and the amount of tacos was also wrong. Soooo the person whose order was incorrect waited again! Let me say that we were all hacked about the lack of concern by everyone in the restaurant. We were sitting in the direct view of the food counter so it was very obvious to anyone in the area that we were there. Our server was too immature I think to even recognize that there was an issue right in front of his face. We have been a huge fan of Blue Agave since their doors opened. We are very familiar with the staff and the menu too. I'll swear to anyone that we have only once had service issues in the entirety of our visits to that restaurant. We are frequent guests as are most of the community. I thought it would be a change of pace for me and my family to try Taco Felix. What a mistake! Me and three of my family members had gone there 2 days prior and again an order was messed up but I chalked it up to being just an honest mistake and not a big deal. But when you go back a second time within two days and they mess up an order again, and the staff is ignoring you... I don't know what to say other than the lack of concern for the customers is off the charts and I will never visit that place again. Service is an F I do not recommend

The menu had lots of choices for breakfast and the food was well cooked and delicious and tastey. I had the full size omlett with chicken,three cheeses, pico de gallo, guacamole, and sour cream. This was a big omlett for a reasonable price.Vegetarian options: Most menu items had vegatables with your choice of meats or you can choose to exclude the meats.Parking: parking on all four sides of this resturaunt.

Food was very salty. It was all I could taste. No flavor - they forgot my cilantro add on all carte- and I didn’t want rice on my burrito- so they took the liberty of stuffing gross French fries into it. Tasted horrible.I got three different tacos to try— The only thing I could halfway eat was a fish taco- but they don’t add lime or cilantro- just salt. Took longer than expected also.
