Went in yesterday to place a to go order. I waited in line to be acknowledged. When I was the pink haired lady told me she wanted to check out the people behind me. I thought that was rude since I had been waiting. So I just let her ring them up. Then she walks off. She started having a conversation with other employees and even took food to a table. Never came back. And absolutely nobody else even bothered to take my order. They just looked at me and carried on. I just walked out and left. It’s pathetic when you can get great service there with only 2/3 people vs a lot.

Delicious ! Great service. Martha was my waitress.Parking: Not busy.
We had stopped in around 1pm and had the big breakfast, with some changes to the meal. They went above and beyond and we had a fantastic meal. We were waited on pretty quick and our food came out within minutes. Our waitress was friendly and we got service with a smile. DONT GET RID OF THE COOK HE IS AWESOME MADE FOOD WORTH EATING. THANK YOU WAFFLE HOUSE

Very clean and there was a super sweet young lady at the register who was very understanding about how I asked to grab a menu and go sit in my van and call in my order.. the fact that she was welcoming and understanding was like a huge hug ? i had 3 out of 5 my babies with me and she even brought me my food and spoke to my babies who were as eagerly equal as me to find a friend ☺️. God bless

We usually try to hit at least one waffle house when we travel. This was a good one to hit. The signage was a little faded, but clean, so I was hesitant to be honest. But clean inside, well staffed, friendly, and the other customers were all friendly/respectful ( I know that is outta WF's control, but when everyone is busy eating, they aren't so restless, so I count it as a plus. Haha). One my eggs was a hair under (over easy) which usually they tend to get cooked over, so I'd rather what I got.Kid-friendliness: Let's be honest, as a fellow parent (no kids this vaca), it's breakfast, I need some coffee, sorry about my kids and there mess. Either clean it up, or tip WELL (you'd pay the sitter). But our waitress was still so up beat cleaning the syrup tracks off. She joked "tell me you've got kids without telling me..." Hahaha.
