I have been here several times for desserts and like others have noted, they are usually out of something??? BUT today I came inside and ordered dinner at 4:45 for 3 people. The food was fresh, hot and fantastic!!! The service was great, fast and very efficient.☆☆☆☆.. We also received our military discount of $4 27 and that always helps. Thank you FREDDY for recognizing our veterans as MOST restaurants do not!! We will order desserts to take home and I really hope they have improved from a few months ago. Until then they all deserve this ☆ 5 star review for this visit.

The service was terrible. We ordered and after we did they were out of everything. They acted like they did not even want us there, as if we were an inconvenience. Then they have nothing but water and lemonade, something they should have let us know up front. Then after sitting down with our 25 dollar meal we relize everything we asked not to be on the sandwich was on them. Definitely will not be back and warn anyone else to steer clear as well.

Absolutely horrible. After paying I'm told they are out of the drinks I wanted. Tried 3 different flavors. The syrup was out. So unless you wanted water or hi-c you're pretty much out of luck. Too lazy to change it. Luckily I had already ordered when I found out after the fact. Oh, yeah, sat down to table with no drink because I gave up only to find out my order was wrong as well. $20+ dollars down the drain. Never be back. Thanks.

Thought the speaker was broken but my wait and order was interrupted with a "give me a minute" that turned to total ten before I pulled past the speaker only to be blocked by two more cars sitting at the window. Called inside twice and got no answer.

I love Freddy's but today 3/23/24 @ 1044pm I ordered a double burger combo a regular sundae for my husband oreo sundae for me and m&m for my son I ordered online thru the Freddy's app I go pickup my order the young girl gives me my order two of the sundae are plain no topping at all I told her why were these 2 missing toppings she says because we don't have them I work customer service and the way she was was ridiculous then she dropped the top for one of the sundae to the floor picked it up and put the dam top back on it I couldn't believe it then I ask for the manager he's trying to make things ok because I want a refund now tells me I have to do the refund online because I ordered online I ordered off the Freddy's app when I tell you how discussed I am it's a understatement I've worked customer service since I was 12yrs old and the way these young people in Freddy's are its sad I will be contacting the head person over this restaurant because what happened should have never ever happened
