“If you've ever been to a Sonic, you know exactly what this place is like. They were pretty quick on getting the food out and ask if I needed anything else a little bit later. If you've been in the interior of your car, you know what the atmosphere is like.Kid-friendliness: Hamburgers, corn dogs, hot dogs, fries, and tots, unless your kids are weird, they will love this place.“

“We’ve gone 3 times in the last month probably, and have had a great experience each time. I don’t like the rotating menu, which is one reason it’s taken me so long to finally try them (in my household there are a variety of tastes, so sometimes someone can’t get cookies and I don’t like that) But I finally got my hands on one (free to me) and now I’m hooked. lol. The cookies are always fresh. Either nice and gooey all around or crunchy edges with a nice soft center.I’d love to see some dairy free cookies at some point though. Just saying.“

“Area 51 has incredible ice cream. The staff is friendly and encouraged me to try a few flavors so I would have the best ice cream for me. I tried their hot toddy ice cream, the lemon icebox, the peanut butter and the Old Dominic Bourbon Butter Pecan and my favorite was the butter Pecan. I got two scoops and the cost was just over seven dollars. The place had a cool vibe tying in aliens and again, the staff were incredibly outgoing. I would definitely recommend Area 51 Ice Cream and when I am back in the Hernando, Mississippi area, I will definitely come back here. Overall, I have to give Area 51 Ice Cream five stars and applaud Area 51 Ice Cream for bringing great ice cream to Hernando, Mississippi. “Big thanks to Everett who took care of me and my family. It was our first time visiting, he was patient with our indecisiveness, even tho the store was busy. We recieved our treats in reasonable time. The homemade ice cream flavors, that we were able to sample, were delicious. And the brownie sunday was amazing. We will definitely be returning.“

“Once upon a time long ago, this area was a small town. This restaurant still remains "small town" in every aspect and that is not a bad thing, The menu can be overwhelming but it is worth taking the time and effort. Everything I have ever eaten from here is good. The polar bears remind me of the ice cream shop that was a treat and iconic landmark.“

“I really like this place but I just wanted to make a suggestion to move all the nuts away from the other toppings. My boyfriend is allergic to nuts and while he was eating his boba frozen yogurt he discovered a couple peanuts in it because the boba is right next to nuts along with all the other toppings. It would just be nice if they were separate because people drop nuts into the other toppings and luckily he saw it before he took a bite.“

“Visited for the first time and I regret not visiting sooner, to start off the employee was very nice, friendly, sweet, and she gave us samples so we were 100% sure of our choice. My boyfriend had the waffle cone with cheesecake ice cream and he loved it, I had the strawberry and lime sorbet and it reminded me of home (Los Angeles) I will definitely be coming back for more.“

“Came in on my lunch break and their card system was down Mr.ike was at front desk and he coulda easily turned me around but he blessed me with the best snowball on the planet the "ain't it mane" ..he said he do it from the heart n can't put a price on that ! “I was there for the beans, and it did not disappoint me. Next time that I go I'll have a go at the leaves so I can tell you all about it. ? Seriously, this is a warm and cozy spot with affordable breakfast/ sweet treat options. The seating is set up for small groups to come and enjoy the atmosphere.“

“Ummm.. the (large cup) Oreo ice cream tastes just a little richer than normal, but very edible. The (small cup) nut/ walnut ice cream (that's the only name she knew the ice cream as) was good good, it had a spice kick like butter pecan. Their lactose free options were vast, but rock, hard frozen (good to take a long a hot day); freezer shavings on the ice bars. That yellow and red thing I ordered, what's pictured.. y'all when it thawed out some, the straw had a salty goop that actually went well with the icy fruit mixture (an after taste is definitely there). I wanted to try the chocolate covered banana with sprinkles, but it just didn't look right. She said they made the chocolate covered banana the day before they closed ( ).The worker was extremely kind and patient. She didn't speak English so we used a cell phone interpreter.The location wasn't anything to jump up and down about. Just any other hood atmosphere to me.I chose this place because they were open early. It was an A.M. experience. I don't think I will be back.“

“$24.The green apple slush was different with that big straw, not my flavor taste. I like mine sour and a little sweeter.Y'all the flavor of the burger was phenomenal ?.. very very good.The lemon pepper wings had a few cooked feathers on it, but to me it's just fresh. They were seasoned well.I also ordered an ice cream (not pictured), it was abnormally cold and good.I'll be back if I'm back in the area.“

“For the last three visits the drinks I have ordered taste horrible. It’s got to be the ice as my Diet Coke has the same taste as the water I ordered at the same time. I’ve tried calling several times but evidently the mailbox stays full ( I do the same thing when I don’t want messages ). Hey!! Could someone change the water filter?“

“I visit this location, when I tell that the carhop Brianna was an excellent example of good quality exceptional customer service. I literally go to Sonic daily using mobile app. However I have never visited a Sonic and received the quality of customer service that I received from Brianna, I wish she could train all the employees at other locations. Customer service is everything and she did that. I wanted it to be known what a job well done.“

“Had a terrible experience with Sonic today. I placed an order ahead from the app and had it scheduled out to pick up at a later time. I went to pick it up and got all the way home to realize they didn't give me the entire order. So, I went back up there and pushed the red button and told the guy that answered what had happened. He said that it would be right out. I continued waiting for just ONE chicken club toaster. It took them more than 10 minutes to finally bring me my sandwich. Officially going to change my location in the app and go to a different location from now on.“
