You can never find a cart at this Kroger and it's hard to park with running over one .

I used to brag on this pharmacy as they used to be attentive to every deal. However the last couple years have been a complete about face. Over charging for prescriptions filling the wrong prescriptions and then blaming the customer for their mistakes and those mistakes could have deadly results. Last week was my last straw and pulled all my prescriptions and took them elsewhere. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone, they simply do not care about your well being!!

Andrea in the bakery at the Interstate Blvd location made this amazing cake for my niece's 6th birthday with only a 24 hrs notice. She's amazing...the cake was fresh & delicious. The only problem was that I didn't order one bigger....maybe a pitty pup next time. ?

My favorite Kroger actually, was pretty creepy on my last visit. First remember all the things that have happened at Memphis-area Krogers over the past few years. I found the doors to be locked and the police in the parking lot. When I returned later that day, I almost broke the glass out of the still-locked doors because I really thought they were going to open like they always have. If their stuff is broke, they at least need to put a sign explaining things.

I continue to have problems at this store. I've been dealing with Kroger charging me for a gift card that didn't activate in the store and I wasn't given another card. I have been trying to resolve this since 12/3. Everyone passes me to someone else. The big guy wins. I give up on you Kroger. I gave 2 stars only because the store is closest to my home.
