Wow! What an amazing place that the Colbert's have created for Houston. The food is fabulous! The decor is so well done and upscale. The service has always been great. Mike, Carol and Debbie are wonderful! Have you seen Debbie's meringue on her pies??? They never disappoint!

The food was amazing! But the service was bad. It took a 30 minutes to get one hamburger and one BLT. She didn’t remember to fill my drink. Food was good but service needs work. Also, it was not busy at all!

The coffee is great and the food is wonderful. People are happy to chat with their neighbor and share the local news. We like the scones and cinnamon rolls but if you want some protein, the chicken biscuit is better than it has any right to be. The service is great too and the owner is hands on, happy to help.

The vibe was nice and all but why did my food cost $30 and took 30 minutes for a biscuit and french toast

Spectacular experience! The cinnamon roll was divine
Everyone here is so friendly and the down home coffee shop feel is perfect. Other customers introduced themselves and now every time I go there they say hello and call me by name. Allison who works behind the counter also remembered my name and what I drink after just one visit. This place is a perfectly named, as it is everything you could hope for in a gathering spot.

Stopped in on a Tuesday for lunch after arriving in town to ride the Tanglefoot rail-to-trail. It's a quaint little place on the town square that serves pastry and coffee drinks for breakfast, and nice sandwiches and salads for lunch. Had the Gather club which is like a blt with a fried chicken filet wedged in the middle - delicious! Mike (who I suspect may be the owner) came by to greet us and we felt very welcomed as out of towners. My wife had the Gather triple salad with pasta salad, chicken salad, and potato salad with a thick slice of home made bread. All were very tasty. Highly recommend this friendly little place for lunch or breakfast!
