I visit KFC about twice a month. I thought it was me but I have to try in help the employees when I go inside. My drum was broke up n they gave my friend crispy instill of original. The Tea said sweet but it was bitter n strong. Mgr. was really nice. Didn't put cookie on plate. I agree in hiring our young people but please train n teach.
The KFC in Houston is wonderful. Always greet me with a lovely smile and always have my order correct and fast. if i wait i understand if they get a little busy because i've dealt with a fast food place my self. i understand that other customers got their orders before me because they asked for less food, which was already in the warmer. The food was great but I want to speak of the customer service the young lady that took the order to the service at the pick up window was exceptional the courtesy along with her personality was quite memorable. I would whole hearted recommend this KFC if not for the service along.
