I don't know how this place has a 3.5 star! This was the absolute best McDonald's I have ever stopped at. We have 5 kids and travel fairly often so McDonald's has been a visited many times in different city and states. The parking lot is tiny but the food was fast, fresh, and correct! Would 10/10 eat here again if we ever come back through!

Never going back here and I work less than a mile away. I've never gone here and gotten a correct order, something is always wrong. Asked for no onions and got onions (they literally make me sick), asked for diet Coke, got Coke. The owner is never around, the manager doesn't care and it reflects on how the staff treats the customers.03.29.24... made the mistake of going back.There's a ridiculous line at the drive thru....Place is perpetually understaffed and can't handle the business they get. Been waiting for my breakfast for almost 20 minutes! What? Why?I'd give no stars if I could.

I usually come to this McDonald’s bc they are decent, courteous (depending on who is working), and quick. Tonight it was a complete NIGHTMARE!!! After they asked us to pull into a parking spot we watched other customers get their food (two were ahead of me) but several people behind me kept getting their food. Finally after sitting in the spot for over 10 mins one of the employees comes and asks me for my receipt so they can make my food. The guy who brought my food out (Dillon) and the younger girl at the first window (she seemed new) were kind and understanding. The manager (Trisha) was very unprofessional. The newer girl was trying to manage everyone’s orders and trying to get them to the right places and I guess the manager thought she was taking too long and came outside to yell at her for taking so long. Maybe it was just a rough night? Idk but I have never experienced such chaos at this location before. I want to say an extra thank you to Dillion for making sure everything was right and making an extra trip just to give us some napkins. On the plus side, the burgers were pretty decent and fries were hot.

Haven't had any issues with this location. Everything always seems to be made well.
Best Sunday breakfast we have had while traveling. The food was hot, the restaurant and bathrooms were clean and the service was good. Thanks for a great meal!

As I worked there a week ago, I have not ever been spoken to so hateful, mean, rude and loud! In front of all the employees and customers! For and example one Customer who was on her way to the hospital ask me to make her two teas to go and could I do it for her. As she was shaking so badly she could not do it herself. I told her of course I would help her and began making her teas. I was promptly told I could not make tea back there by the coffee, the customer could get it herself out front. I quickly tried to explain and was cut while being told that I had a tone. I quickly apologized several times as I thought I was being my polite self. I was then told today was not the day to F@&k with her!!! The Customer heard her and as I brought the tea over she was even more upset telling me how sorry she was and she assured me I did not have any tone!!! Not to mention we had 4 people leave in one week due to a hostile environment (which is the top management... the one who hires and fires) Also, people are so scared of this person they will come in sick with fever, vomiting, and other symptoms! I had to tell the night Manager on duty that this person was so sick with a high fever so he could call his Mom. There was another person vomiting as well. Two days later now I am sick and call in and was talk to horrible on the phone! I was told to get a Dr note and to understand it would not be excused even if I had a note from the Dr. I explained I had a fever... I did not think anyone should work around food like that and I was told everyone called in sick. Then I said that is because two people worked sick on Friday so people probably are sick as people are contagious when they have fever! I was then told they were faking... Needless to say I went to the Dr and got a note then went to work. I was not feeling 100 percent although I didn't have any fever. This woman fussed at me for an hour about fries... although no one had to ask for any and I never got behind. I ask what I was doing wrong and she sent me home and told me to not ever come back!!! I believe that you will always have a huge turn over in employee's until you get rid of this supervisor who is running this McDonald's.
