Food is basic and expensive. Buffalo wings were bland, and the blue cheese was supposed to be .90 but my receipt showed they charged me $1.50. They need to season their food. And the location has some type of machine that's constantly whirring. You can feel it vibrating under your feet and it doesn't feel good. I went back a second time and the food was the same. It's okay, but just. I don't think they do substitutions either.Parking: Parking is fine. We stopped in at lunch time for our first time visit. They have plenty of items to choose from on their menu. I got a poboy, and the rest of my family got casidias. Everything was very good. I would definitely go back.

i will never go back i ask for a happy plat with chicken and steak for my husband and he was allergic to shrimp and he had a shrimp in his food which could have killed him im so disappointedDietary restrictions: they didnt double check his food

If I could give them 0.5 I would!! The @Angry Rooster in Western plaza served me old ribs and I let the kitchen staff know that the ribs were old and he told me they will be ready in 20 minutes. I got a call back from the kitchen staff in 10 minutes letting me know that the ribs were ready and all I had gotten back was microwaved burnt ribs and the fries were microwaved and soggy as I don't know what. The manager or owner got upset and would not give me a refund or exchange my ribs and call me a b****, but I did get my refund after a while. #angryrooster Westland Plaza
