This place is garbage from the management staff to the employees. If you just order 1 burger they pull you over. Went today for my mom , got to the menu board girl came on said hold I'm counting down the register 10 minutes later another girl came on the speaker and said before you order just to let you know we out of lettuce onions pickles and she could be heard over the speaker asking someone what else we out of? Needless to say I drove off , it's just a matter of time before this incapable hot mess closes down and to that I say good ridden. No wonder everything is leaving out of Jackson with crappy service n lack of food to make a decent burger this flop of a Burger King is destined to fail. Oh yeah a new outside menu board that's so fuzzy I thought my vision had failed n I was on some kind of psychedelic trip looking at it. Gave em 1 star only cause I couldn't post my review.

Dropped by during breakfast hours, and was told that they could not serve anything for half an hour because they were transitioning from breakfast to lunch. This is asinine because the transition from breakfast to lunch at a fast food restaurant should be seamless and definitely should not take 30 minutes where are all service ceases, secondly if such a transition should actually exist, then you should learn how to serve people during the transition and plan for it ahead of time and not basically shut down your restaurant for 30 minutes every day to make a transition like this.

They said hold on So I did no one never came waited almost at hour.The inside was lock drove to windows lady was on phone. Worlds slowest fast food place. Told me to park my car and wait. So I did. 15 minutes, cars are ordering their food and getting it way faster. I eventually went In and part of my order was just sitting there.
Inside is always closed and have been like this for 3 or 4 years .can’t even sit down eat inside..like why is it even considered a restaurant for then…

This restaurant on Terry Road does not need any stars Burger King Terry Road has no respect for the customers the food is not up to date they have so many complaints when they supposed to be open they are closed when you go home with your order what you have ordered is not in there you have to turn around and go back and get your order it's so sad how this store is ran when you complain and let the manager know nothing is done about it so the doors on this Burger King need to be locked.
