Whoever is there in the morning for breakfast is rude and unprofessional every single time I come spend my money. They don’t ask what type jelly you want and just gets smart when you ask if jelly is in the bag and he or “she” proceeds to get smart and say “everything you need is in the bag” as if I’m being demanded not to ask for anything else I may need. DONT know a name because they just say “hold please” and then rushes you to order, it’s not like I’m ordering the whole store. Very rude and unprofessional and needs to be fired

Stopped by for a quick bite. Ended up waiting 13 minutes in drive thru. All cars patiently waited several minutes before our order was taken. Staff was stalling orders. My order was simple: a whopper and 4 piece cheesy tot. Drive thru screen said "cheese sticks" instead of "cheese tots". After paying, I confirm that receipt listed the wrong item. I asked and was told I was getting the tots as ordered. I then asked another staff member if the price was different, and she said, "the price is the same. Do you need anything else?" I waited several more minutes for my food, which, thankfully was correct. But I was still bothered. I know the tots are less than the sticks I ordered, so I drove back around to check the menu. I was charged 1.99 instead of the 1.49 price of the tots. Not a big deal, but the staff member insisted I was wrong and hurried me out of her way without any concern for their error. I went back to the window and told her plainly that she overcharged me. She huffed,and puffed, and made a big show at how inconvenient it was to give me a refund. I guess that's why she only gave me $0.30 of the $0.40 she owed me.Long story, but it matters how you choose to conduct business.

When me and my mom and grandma pulled up to the drive way it was like this irritating sound coming from the speaker and my mom kept saying hello and hello and this lady called lisa queen said hold on a minute with a attitude, and she said pull around again and instead of us pulling back around, we pulled up in the parking lot and parked, and remember we was waiting at the speaker for 5 to 10 minutes so me and my mom went inside looking for Lisa queen and she still had a attitude with us.

Went yesterday for breakfast. Ordered 2 sausage biscuits & was told it gonna be a wait, because they didn’t have any biscuits ready. Ok cool! So I waited and waited and nobody ever came out with my food and it was even cars behind me waiting. I got so fed up I drove off without and my food and refund. Y’all just needa close this place for breakfast and you’re not gonna have anything ready. It’s called fast food for a freaking reason. Anybody reading this go to the one on Beasley road.
