Absolutely disappointing...I ordered 2 fish sandwich meals online and some gumbo....got there the lady said we don't have any rice to go with that large 7$ gumbo...ok thts fine can u replace it with a roll or 2?...she did not..she also handed me one drink wen I paid for 2 meals...tryin to go back and forth with me telling me "yeah you got two meals but only one drink"..obviously dont know how to read an online ticket order correctly and apparently don't even know the menu to know that a fish sandwich meal comes with a drink..so 2 meals equal 2 drinks...not only that but when I get home to finally eat this is what I get for paying 28$???...a half of gumbo (no rice or replacement for the rice) got to pay extra for okra

Wow! Today's visit was awesome! My food was so good, cooked fresh! You can tell when food has been sitting under a lamp! This was FRESHLY made. I got the Ultimate Seafood Platter and everything including the sides were tasty and fresh. With FF restaurants, the turn over is high so a lot of times when you visit, you never know what kind of team is serving you. These people were awesome and the cashier gave GREAT service! She took my plate to the table I chose, without me asking her to, and without me needing that done! Kudos Captain D's!!! ?????

I ordered 2 orders of the clam strips and received fried bread crumbs. The pictures loomed great and I don't expect it to ever look exactly like it shows but this was unappetizing and didn't seem to have any clam in it.
Never had any problems when coming to eat here for lunch even when I’m in a rush to get back to the office.

I ordered the 3pc catfish with fries and breaded okra. Been in the bathroom ever since. This is ridiculous. The health dept need to dova check. It hasn't even been an hour. Nauseated and stomach hurt too. Never again. Worst place ever!!!

I received horrible service on 08/26/23. They were slow, the inside was not open, my order was wrong. I had to ask for a refund because they acted liked they didn't want to remake it. I will never return to this location. I already reached out via the website on 8/26 to provide a comment & haven't received a follow up so I had to post a review to get a response.
