Great service, fresh made food, friendly servers, and they have the drive-through down to an art!Parking: It can get a little cramped during the lunch rush, but, they do it to where you can still get through, and they do not waste time.Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu as well as an indoor playground.Wheelchair accessibility: Completely wheelchair accessible. Parking, entrance ramps, and a bathroom stall as well.
Chick-fil-A has the best fries and their brownies OMG yessss lord I love the way their brownies taste when I tasted one for the first time I fell in love with it moist hot and soft and right on time I love their sandwiches special the number one with extra chess and their lemonade is just right toDietary restrictions: They make sure if your allergic to anything they have a list on the menu of what they do and don't use in their food but

The chicken biscuit was probably cooked yesterday. I love Chick fil an and get it when I can but this was so nasty. And there was no one to give me honey although I could see it behind the glass.

As much of a CFA fan as I am, I must say that I am not overly enthused with the way this one inside Baptist Memorial is set up. Rather than it being like a typical CFA, it's a grab and go station that has to go through the cafeteria checkout. The mobile ordering isn't an option. So, that really stinks. The emploi encountered though were very friendly and eager to serve.
It's really just Bland. I don't see anything good about letting him on for as long as you have to for a chicken sandwich with a pickle and mayonnaise on it.

We wanted to stop at Chic fil a before heading out of state but instead was verbally assaulted and threatened by a security guard. We were parked in the handicap spot, as we are allowed to with the license plates we have. The guard told us we were big allowed to park there. He cannot dictate how handicap spots are used. He then proceeded to raise his voice at my husband and talk over us. My husband is a disabled veteran with PTSD and I told the guard to please back off and stop antagonizing my husband. He then proceeded to mock my husband for having triggers with PTSD by saying “triggers triggers triggers!” Repeatedly in a loud voice. The guard then called the cops and proceeded to tell them my husband threatened him. He refused to let us in to Chic fil a.

I am a disabled veteran with ptsd and the guard kept antagonizing me and wouldn’t stop. We were parked in the handicapped parking spot and I have plates that say I can park there. He refused to let me park there and wouldn’t let me in the establishment. He called the cops and proceeded to tell them I threatened him. I did not. I just wanted to be left alone and allowed to go eat something.

The employees were very nice at the Baptist location arriving a little bit after lunch so there was no line or crowd. Everything. was cooked fresh and the customer service was great
