I’ve been to this location many times throughout my life, and I must say I’ve been very disappointed with the service in the FOH lately. The food is always hit or miss, but the customer service has completely gone out of the window. I’m always being rushed and both male bartenders lacks good customer service. They don’t acknowledge you half the time and when they do, they’re rude. Sad to say I’ve had way too many bad experiences. I’m never coming back again!

Our waitress was in training but she and the person training were friendly and courteous. Food came out SUPER FAST and was HOT, which I appreciate. Everything was delicious, my daughter got the Cajun shrimp and chicken, she didn’t care for the shrimp but devoured the rest of her plate, I got the just bacon burger, my fries were a little more seasoned than I’d like otherwise great. We ordered the Texas fries and the food came out so quick that we got the appetizer with our meal, I didn’t have complaints aside from what was listed… oh we got margaritas and they weren’t very strong but still tasty. We were stopping through for a 2 day trip. Thank you for great service, ihop had us wait an hour and we didn’t even receive beverages.

I ordered through doordash and I must say you guys did a horrible job at food presentation. My eggrolls were not cut in half and they weren’t even made correctly. I’m appalled you guys thought it was ok to sell it looking like this. It’s overcooked and burnt. I’m so disappointed

The food has gotten to the point where it looks and taste like it came out of a bag, service was slow and I got my entre two times ( mess up on their part) before I got the appetizers, the quality of the food made me feel sick, like it was overly processed.
Good Atmosphere and was not too dirty, but we did not really see our waitress much and the food was pretty bland. The Faijita Trio and 6oz Sirloin wasn't any good and we debated that we should have went to applebees if we wanted better. The Eggrolls and Cheddar Bites were pretty good though.

The 2 stars are for the wait staff and to-go staff, they are empathetic and pleasant. I placed an order at 8:55 pm. I waited for over an hour for corn, side salad, and half cheese fries. The young lady was extremely kind, but they are under staffed and seating isn’t great. Food was not great either, very much so thrown together. This is my second attempt within a month to eat here, probably my last.
