I have yet to have a negative experience with them. The chic at the counter and that answers the phone is always pleasant. They have my order ready in said time and give the price while on the phone then ask "is that okay?" everytime lol. I believe that they would make an effort ot right a wrong if needed. Also, the honey lemon wings are always on point.

I REALLY LIKE STOPPING HERE BECAUSE ITS CONVENIENT FOR ME...AND I LOVE THE SERVICE THE LADY THAT FIXES THE PLATES IS SO FRIENDLY... I'VE BEEN COMING FOR ABOUT 3 OR 4 YEARS NOW...THE ONLY DOWN-FALL IS THE GAS STATION THIS RESTAURANT IS IN SUCKS, BUT ITS IN THE HOOD SO WHAT DO YOU EXPECT?

Good is very good, service is quick but my issue with them is they open at 11 and they never have the buffet out until 11:30-11:40. They start cooking at 11. My lunch is from 11-12 so I rarely get to eat there

Decided to try this place and the black pepper chicken is one of the best meals I've had anywhere in my entire life. I've never written a food review in my life but needed to because this place is amazing

I wish I could leave 0 stars. Never in my life have I had to throw away $40 worth of food so quickly. The food was terrible and I ordered online in advance, was promised it would be ready by the time I selected and then I still had to wait 10 minutes when I got there. Also, I wanted 5 sugar biscuits and they called me and told me that my only option was to get 10, which doesn’t even make sense. I am disappointed to say the least. Thank god there’s a Taco Bell by my hotel or my family would’ve went hungry for the night ?

I stay very close to this business and always had good food until today.. The chicken was stiff and the rice tasted funny as if it was under the warmer light all day.. When I called the business the number on the receipt is to a China Express in Connecticut to which the man stated that he gets calls often dealing with complaints… I was told that they don’t do refunds and was offered to come get fresh chicken at a discounted price… REALLY!!! Customer service SUCKS and I will not be eating here ever again!!! Update the number on your receipts and change your refund policy… You can’t ask some one to pay for a mistake that was made by YOUR BUSINESS!!!!
