They were very rude from when we walked in the food was not fresh the don’t give napkins ketchup or nothing with your food when asked for it they catch another attitude if I ever have to go back to Jackson Mississippi I will not visit here

Horrible is all I can say..on my last visit...they re dropped my chicken to reheat it...this is not good at all. Update 9/10/23...I tried this Church's again....and only to be let down once more..they where out of white meat and my chicken was refried once more...but this time it dried the chicken out...I'm ✔️done!

Spent money just to get old chicken called and the manger asked me to bring the chicken back and receipt. I live far from that location so I would have to keep the chicken until I go back that way. They sold me some old nasty chicken and her excuse was the grease was old really why would you serve something you wouldn't eat? I will never go back there and I'm saving everyone from this horrible experience. DO NOT EAT THERE.
