The service was extremely slow. We were seated 10+ minutes before getting our drinks. The food took more time than any other Cracker Barrel in the past. Ordered the Homestyle Chicken but 15 minutes later I was told they were out of it. I chose the chicken fried steak which was a mistake because it was overcooked and dry. I ate it because we had already been there over an hour when we finally got our food.

Wait time wasn’t too long, I liked that you could look around and shop while you waited on your table. Ordered the strawberry cheesecake pancakes and they were DELICIOUS!! The server was really friendly and kept checking in.

Cracker Barrel offers great tasteful dishes for heat and serve options. I appreciate having more time to spend with family and just heating up our food as opposed to cooking all night and morning. The food options are diverse for various taste buds. Although I encountered an issue this weekend it was resolved professionally. Thank you CB

Took an extraordinarily long time just to be seated, even longer for someone to come and take our order and a very very long time for our food to come. A very normal food. I’d rather go to an ihop or something similar than to waste 3 hours of my time I’ll never get back.

I understand it was thanksgiving and it’s busy, but it took us 30 minutes just to get our drinks and our order in. Then it took an hour just to get our food. The waitress would never refill our drinks and we sat for 15 minutes with no silverware. I don’t know the name of our other server but I will say that Treasure needs a raise, a promotion or something. If it wasn’t for her we probably would still be waiting on refills and forks.

We we're hesitant to stop due to the 2 stars review BUT very friendly staff ,prompt service and order was correct ,hot and fresh! I would say this and 1 in Virginia was the best we've ever stopped at. Hats off to manager and staff. Keep up the great job!!!

It was really busy but service was quick. Food was good. We were there during the Jackson water crisis so that did have an impact on our experience and availability of beverages. But overall it was positive.

Great food! Makes you feel right at home. The hash browns are very delightful, along with the eggs. The tea is delicious as well. Love how you can get different tea types instead of just regular type.
Went there 20 minutes before closing on a Thursday night, and they were out of a lot of food, and because of the municipal water problem, they didn't have a lot of drinks either. Fortunately, they have good workers like juwan who comped our drinks and made the best of a less than ideal situation. Food was mostly delicious--we ordered grilled chicken and fried catfish entrees. Cracker Barrel needs to upgrade their biscuit and cornbread recipes, IMHO. Decor was typical Cracker Barrel chic. Overall, we still love Cracker Barrel wherever we travel.

Love this place, normally i order breakfast regardless of the time of the day. Mistake. I ordered the roast beef, mash potatoes, and pinto beans. All was very tasty, but the roast beef was extremely tuff. Almost impossible to cut and chew.

I usually enjoy Cracker Barrel, but this one was not a pleasant experience. Restuarant only had 1 cook and the manager preparing the food. This made for a long wait to be seated. Food was actually pretty good considering. Service however was atrocious. The server made us feel like we were a bother to her just by being there and was not friendly at all. Getting simple things like eating utensils seemed to be an imposition and after thought. It's not a place we'll be visiting any time soon.

I'm only giving 3 stars because I love Cracker Barrel. This location was honestly the absolute worst I've ever experienced. They were completely out of chicken... ALL chicken.. and therefore any chicken related menu option. They were out of tea. They didn't have any pot roast. (You see where I'm going with this, right?) Overall it was an unpleasant experience and I don't think I'll revisit this particular location any time soon.
