What ever you do please don’t eat any pizza from this location I ordered pizza from there and the pizza was horrible ain’t no way I called and place my order and the pizza was done fifteen minutes later now that’s really impossible pizza takes a lotLonger to get done it’s almost like they have pizzas on standby once you order it they just throw it in the oven and heat it up and send it to you won’t ever eat here ever again

Delivery driver lied and said they called me and knocked on my door when I’ve been sitting in the living room waiting the entire time. Then they wanted me to pay for another one!! That’s ridiculous. Will never use dominos in Flowood again.

3 strikes you're out. 1. Folded up jumbled pizza. 2nd try... Requested no garlic, even called to confirm, got garlic... 3rd try pizza sat on rake for 30+min before delivered barely warm with hardened crust....3 tries and you're out!, horrible management, horrible customer service, polite drivers.

My wife placed an order for me to pick up. She selected curbside pick up. Since I didn't have the app I went inside and asked for the order and and gave all the details that short white guy asked. He refused to hand over me the pizzas because I didn't have the app for the curbside pickup. Never this place again.
Not only did my pizza arrive cold but this is how they gave it to me? actually sickening. Not to mention rude manager on the phone. Passes the phone to an unexperienced lady to handle it while cursing in the background as if the phone didn’t pick it up

I have ordered pizza from the Domino's in Brandon for years. Has usually always been a good experience. The last few months I've had 4 deliverys that have been terrible! I order and the status doesn't move from prep for 2 hours. I call and they say we don't have any drivers. Something I feel u could have give me a heads up about an hour ago. I ordered last night and same thing so I canceled and ordered from some where else. Got pizza from somewhere else it was delivered, eat then went to bed. Woke up this morning to walk outside and a Domino's pizza is on my door step. They had to have delivered over 3 hours past when I ordered, even after I specifically canceled order. Call back and to tell them to take this off my card and he said to call corporate! I like Domino's pizza but as long as this is the only one I can order delivery from I will never order it again

How in the name of all that's holy can these people NOT have on glove ??!! While waiting on my pizza I watched all the employees put their bare hands in the dough, pick up all the food with their bare hands ! When I asked why they didn't have gloves on I was told how hot their ovens get !! Nurse of 35 years. it doesn't work that way. This is disgusting!!

This is our Domino's location and we love it!! We've been ordering from here for years and it has remained pretty awesome!! And we have never sat in the drive thru for longer than 10 minutes and that was at the height of covid a few years ago! We usually just have it delivered though and delivery is always equally as great! One last thing... don't be stingy, y'all!! TIP YOUR DRIVER, GENEROUSLY!!!

Loved the food, Loved the service. Covid messed up dominos big time, labor shortages, long wait times, that being said, this store's staff are saints. They provide service with a smile, even under pressure. I really appreciate that.
