Estelle is and has been our go to restaurant for dinner before Broadway in Jackson events at Thalia Mara. Service is usually excellent, although it can be a little slow sometimes due to the limited number of waitstaff and the volume of patrons who are also attending the events at Thalia Mara. The menu selection offers a variety of options that even the pickiest of eaters would certainly find something that meets their taste. Great food, good service and only a short walk from inside the Westin to Thalia Mara across the street are the key ingredients to our coming back on a regular basis.

Never rcd food. Waitress delivered water. Took 45 minutes to get bottle of wine and manager brought after we inquired. Was given the incorrect wine list. Finally waitress took order after being there for 90 minutes- never got food, never saw waitress, never had water refilled Left hungry and doubtful will come back. The manager felt so bad that he did not charge for the wine

This was a pretty horrible experience. I honestly can't think of a worse dining experience I've ever had. We arrived at our reservation time and were seated in a cozy place in the corner where we were totally ignored for nearly 30 minutes. Then we order food and drinks and another 25 minutes later, we still have nothing. It was weird. The weirdest thing is that I went to the hostess and told her that I thought we may have been forgotten because we'd been there for 15 minutes and no one had even come to the table to greet us. Still no one came. When the food finally came an hour after we were seated, it was mediocre at best. The salad was fine. But we had dry, crusty flour tortillas with dry shrimp filling. The gin martinis that took a half hour to make were terrible. Just awful. They comped the drinks since we waited for them forever, but they honestly should have just comped the whole thing. I was excited to try this place. I won't be back.

The meal and service were excellent. We started off with their version of a charcuterie board. The meat and cheese selection was good, one was a goat and sheep mix My steak was cooked perfectly and was very tender. My friend enjoyed her snapper very much. The change in service was a nice since we were not pleased a couple of times recently we went. The manager (I think) was roaming and checking on all the guests. Definitely an enjoyable dining spot.

I took my husband here for his birthday dinner along with his parents. After our couples massage at the Soul Spa (amazing) we walked right over and were sat. Everything from the drinks to the cheesecake was absolutely amazing. We will be going back!!

I'm not one to give 5 star reviews, but they earned it. This was our first visit. We had Easter brunch. We were seated promptly. The dining room itself was clean, crisp, and well-appointed. Service was spot on. Portions were HUGE. Unobtrusive live music? Check. Everything was upbeat. I had chicken and waffles, and my wife had French toast and bacon. It was all a special surprise, but what was the real surprise was how reasonable the prices were for what was a pretty upscale experience. Thumbs up all around.

Located downtown Jackson, so you already know it's the place to be!!! Great Location! If you need a place to stay the Westin is attached to the restaurant. It is packed especially on the weekends. So, grab your girls for brunch or your loved ones for dinner. They will meet your need. They put the "V" in Vibe, because it's a whole vibe!!!! It is a great experience. Excited about my next visit. I was fired from there a month ago for having an excuse and a supervisor from Estelle and PMC who has a relationship with each other got me fired. Searia at Estelle, supervisor, didn't tell them I came to work with an excuse and a supervisor from Valet PMC Derante. I worked at both the restaurant and Valet at the Westin Jackson Hotel. Now I'm fired from both. Ho Derante and Searia. Derante just transferred me without my knowledge and concent and I got fired when he transferred me. That's retaliation and discrimination and prejudice. PMC fired me because I got fired at the Estelle southern cooking. Guess why? Both say I'm a no call no show. Both Derante and Searia both no my excuse is legit and legal. Derante kept up with me the whole time I was absent. Now watch this. I talked to Marty the head man in charge, and the whole place put out a scam and a sceem to get me fired and PMC followed suit. Why, because I went over all their heads and talked to the head man in charge Marty. Now they want even let me talk to HR Or anybody for that matter... Yes Estelle southern cooking has fired a lot of people due to these people.(Seaira). Searia got mad at a server then tried writing me up mad at the server, and guess who got fired, me. Guess who retaliation came from a week later PMC. I only work 3day, night shift with PMC. Didn't know I was transferred until I went to work as scheduled and a none supervisor, nor is he trying to be one told me I wasn't on the schedule. Guess who didn't want to talk. Derante. I will be heard.

I stay at the Westin everytime in Jackson just so I can eat here. The Brussel sprouts and bacon jam are to die for and the blackened snapper was the best fish dish ive eaten in a long time. All the cooks and servers are fantastic!
This restaurant was very pretty, comfortable, good, cocktails, excellent service, but sadly a menu that was uninteresting. What bothered me most is that the menu displayed on OpenTable was not the menu presented at the restaurant. 
Having dined at Estelle's many times through the years, even with staff changes, the quality and taste of food remains top notch. Service is sometimes dependent upon local events that are ongoing downtown as well as the staff taking care of your table. The restaurant is conveniently located, especially for dinner before attending events at Thalia Mara.

Omg, I love me some Estelle honey! And before I get started on this review I just shoutout Jamel who was our waitress!!! She was amazing get that woman a raise asap!!!! No seriously you all should look into making her a manager ❤️❤️❤️ we went for brunch on a Saturday it wasn’t overly crowded and the food was great! I had a burger and it was toooooo good!!! The God of burgers!!! Oh and let me praise the fries they come cover in garlic aioli, whew chef’s kiss baby!!!And the mimosas are bottomless!!!
