People were standing around waiting to be seated for at least 30. It seemed to be very unorganized inside. As there was not, but 2 people in the kitchen. Well, everybody else was standing around twiddling. Their thumbs not caring about what's going on and it's customers. So many elderly that were there just waiting to be served? Will not go back to anything like this ever again.

When we arrived the first thing they said was that they were out of pancakes. ?No worries here for a sandwich.Ordered a Diet Pepsi and their tank must have been expired because it was awful.Told the one lady- she shrugged it off and brought me a sweet tea.Our server was oblivious.The food came out fast enough, and it tasted decent. I asked for another sweet tea and she proceeded to tell me that they don’t have sweet tea. I let her know the other lady just served me one. She stood there and argued it for awhile before going to find out. Then came back to tell me they had it instead of bringing it over.We had to ask for the box and the check. At which time she brought the receipt and hovered over my husband while he tried to figure out the tip.On top of it all the ladies room walls were filthy from ceiling to floor, as well as littered with debris, and a toilet paper holder hanging off the wall, and it smelled of raw sewage so intensely my nose was burning.Super Sad!!! ?

DO NOT EAT HERE !!!We stopped here 3 years ago here is that review I will post today's review underneathOrdered the Sampler with a side of toast. I got a dry piece of bread toasted on the grill. Hash browns were from 4 hours ago same with the bacon that had pieces of broccoli on it and cold. Don't have a decent size To-go container for leftovers. 3 people and food came out separate. Server looked brand new.Food took forever.Today's review: The place is very dirty, sticky floors. No silverware ,plastic To-go utensils. The pancakes were the worst I've ever had, gooey mush. The hashbrowns were perfect, eggs runny, bacon undercooked, granddaughters crepes showed up after I was half way through my food. REALLY !! Soda flat and warm.

Got here at 10:50. Waited 40min to be seated. Restaurant was not full a few tables empty not cleaned. Waited another 20min to have our order taken. About 7 to 8 tables empty. Family that got here after we did and got seated after we did got their to order food and got their food but we are still waiting for our food it was now been 10min. 12:11pm brought food out food was wrong. No maple syrup brought out. Nothing. We are just gonna leave.

Just left this IHOP from picking up a to-go order and I’m highly disappointed. I ordered a Colorado omelet and a create your own omelet with bacon, sausage and Jack & cheddar cheese, and two juices(apple and orange). My create your own omelet was completely wrong. There were bellpeppers and onions all over it, making it unbearable for me to eat. They also forgot to give us our juices, we remembered when we pulled off and didn’t feel like going back because they were extremely packed. Regardless there is no reason for my food to have been incorrect, money wasted.

The food came out cold and took a long time, and the restaurant was empty. Very dirty environment including the bathroom, water was returning from the floor. Other than that, the taste of the food was the same as the rest of us who have been there. But the structure of the restaurant needs urgent improvement.
The steak wasn't very good for the price. It was quite thin and not very juicy. Unfortunately it was also a bit overcooked.The IHOP was not particularly clean and also poorly attended.But it was okay for a one-off dinner. However, I would prefer a different restaurant on my next visit.

Got food fairly quick and our waitress was sweet. However, being seated with my friends, they kept mentioning the smell of weed and febreze and we promptly decided to get to-go instead of dining in. I have a horrible sense of smell, but after about five minutes it literally hurt to inhale through my nose.

Called to place order 5x. Walked in someone from back had to ask workers were they working today. I asked about phone working, she said it only rings in the back. Placed order. Received but the pancakes only had cinnamon nothing like what was in and on the menu, so I asked about it and she said I was gonna tell u after you looked at your food that we were out of the white cream that goes with the cinnamon. She was not rude just failed to give me the option to change topping. So I have a glob of cinnamon on my pancakes.

It is the worst IHOP I have ever eaten at. Cleanliness does not exist there, the bathrooms stink, the food is all rancid because of the oil. The staff in shabby clothes. Don't cancel because there's no way to leave, but don't stop by this place.
