This used to be a great place. Staff was fantastic, food was good and reasonably priced. Not so anymore. Staff is not friendly or efficient. No salad bar. A FEW crackers in the baskets. Soup went through the microwave and came out scorched and sticking to the bowl. No ice cream. And those gingerbread cakes that used to be in the salad bar? You can buy those separately. Not many people in the restaurant- clearly for a reason - and about 1.3 of the tables had chairs stacked on them.

Disappointed for the second time in one month I placed a takeout order via Grub Hub, only to learn the order was never delivered to Jason's Deli. Guys, please make sure you are connected to GH. Thanks

Normally LOVE Jason's Deli. This one- not so much.1- I ordered a salad bar on their app2- got to the deli and realized there is no salad bar (why would it let me order it if they didn't have it?) Every other town in MS has the salad bar, why not Jackson?3- Staff was friendly and helpful4- Place was dirty, tables had not been wiped down or cleaned off- felt dirty

I was standing in line waiting to be called, when the cashier called the person that walked up after me! I asked why? But decided the answer really didn't matter! I simply left! Will take my business to chick fil a, where the customer service Is always excellent! Will never spend money where I'm treated badly!

We drove out of our way to come here and get food because where we’re from Jason’s Deli is awesome. Not only did the steak on the sandwich barely exist— if you’re paying over $10 for a sandwich, please make sure it actually has some meat on it. BUT worse yet, I’m highly allergic to shellfish and ordered vegetable soup, of course I didn’t see the shrimp in it before taking my first bite.Thanks for ruining my night, that will be the last time I ever go to. Jason’s Deli.

Just got the nutty mixed up salad. It was pitiful. The salad was 10.00 but I was sent the 5.00$ version. The apples were mushy the grapes tasted funny. I got 1 1/2 walnut 2slices of apples and 4 grapes. Nope won't be eating there again

The sandwich is pretty good. Decent amount of meat on them; however, service was horribly slow. The staff was nice but I just cannot wait again for half hour for a sandwich.

Nationwide a favorite restaurant for a traveling businessman like myself. Their salad bar and clean menu helps me keep my diet straight and on track. I have eaten at over 9 different Jason Deli’s, in various states and this location is almost amusing as they possess the head cashier that barks at you and gets mad at you if you don’t have your order instantly when approaching the counter. I eat here but will never bring my clients here with me again.
