I love Josephine’s. The food is always hot and fresh, not to mentioned seasoned! My brother and I have been eating here for years and never had a bad experience. 10/10!

Their food was definitely worth the hype! I had to stop by and try their Henny wings, I don't know how but they were saucy, yet very crispy! I'll definitely have to have them every time I'm in the area. The only con was the doors of service. I was told 15 minutes when I ordered over the phone, but my order took more like 30-35 minutes. I don't mind, but just be aware so you can plan accordingly. There's also a nice sitting area inside.Overall, I enjoyed it!

The seasoning is excellent but quite salty if you have high blood pressure or need to limit your salt intake. Maybe you can request 'light seasoning'. And they were out of the crawfish cream sauce needed to make the 'Swamp Pasta' so I ended up getting the 'Mariah Special'. As a result I'd also advise to call order in as early as possible or be the first one there as they may or may not have what you initially want to order. Be sure to inquire about the daily specials before ordering as they are not posted on menu but may be posted on their Facebook page.

The Fried Chicken Festival was this weekend and so you all know ya girl had to slide through. There were so many restaurants their from WhoDats, McHardys', District Donuts and sooo much more. So I decided to stand in the longest line just to get some @Josephineskitchen from Jackson, MS. I will say these were some goood wings. I got half Jacktown sticky wings and half spicy buffalo ranch wings. I honestly like the sticky wings better just because it more tossed in sauce. And the buffalo was like a little drizzle. 8 pieces for 10$ wasn't bad. And the wings big which made it worth it. Overall I would give these wings 9/10. So the next time you in Jackson, MS make sure you stop at this black owned restaurant.

Good hospitality of course. So sad I could only try it on Friday as we are from New York. Their sauce is super good and super sticky. Just the way I love it. That turkey leg was amazing and them ribs oooweee??

The prices were terribly high it said $12.99 on the menu for a 8 pc wing and fries but once she told me the total she said $17+ I told her this menu say 12.99 she said they're $15.99 plus tax that was absolutely ridiculous for an 8 pc with just a fry no drink no dessert or anything. Never will I.
Went there today..rice was way over cooked ...porkchops were old with gravy on it! And I waited 20 minutes for that smh!

It was ok!!! Only thing I didn't like were the greens..sum pple like their greens hard but I rather eat them well done !!! It reminds you of a grandma's cooking even though I haven't had that pleasure but I can imagine ?

I keep up with the eateries that come in our area. I visited this place Friday. In my opinion if a daily special is offered it should include a drink. The wait was too long and the staff was rude, come on ya'll we are here to support you.

Called a order in and waited over an hour to still not get my food and was lied to by the staff that it would ready in 15 minutes. The cook was more concerned with cooking free food for females than cooking food for paying customers. DO NOT EAT HERE THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST.
